I stayed on 16 February 2023, the first thing I liked was the fast checkin process and the staff was very friendly. The thing that I regret is after I checked-in and wanted to order some room service and it took so much time (very difficult to contact room service). After 15 minutes try to reached the room service and finally assisted by reception. After ordering, the food took so long to come to the room (more than 1 hour) and I had to go down to reception to make sure whether the food will be delivered or not. unfortunately when I approached the girl reception, she said the food would be delivered and I immediately went back to the room. Even when in the room there was no apology or anything. I'd better order via Gojek or Grab huh. Apart from that, at that time in room 717 one of the lights in the bedroom were also off and the soap in the bathroom was leaking, so you have to be careful if you want to go to the bathroom. Last but not least, there's no one of you who used a name tag, so I cant recognize each of you. Not highly recommended.

Also lovely young men Levvy , Aqmal , Ricky , Windy and Jorn who spoilt us during our weeks stay of an evening in the lounge . Wonderful food presentation daily . Special mention to Head Chef Fania who cooks the best omelets and Chef Haddy of an evening who goes over and beyond to please us. Must mention Head of Housekeeping Sumarto . House keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room spotless and attending to our needs daily . We thank all the Grand Hyatt staff and SO look forward to returning . Will be our 15 th year of staying at this wonderful hotel . Huge Pool and Olympus Club are one of my husbands favourite attractions and mine the wonderful Shopping Centres of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia a few minutes walk . World Class Shopping . MMTse1070Great hotel to stay, will consider staying here again in the future. Services are great, stayed for 2 weeks including breakfast, the ladies during the breakfast are always cheerful and greet with everyone with great smile every morning. Breakfast menu is good, they have both western and Indonesian breakfast menu. The sate maringi was good, location is great except that there is the metro railway construction in front of the hotel, otherwise it could be a great place as it is within walking distance to Pancoran and Mangga Besar.

NNeo Jiun JeenFirst time visiting Jakarta, Pan Pacific really catered to everything i wanted. The breakfast was pretty good. Stayed at the Junior Suite for 1 night. It came with a powder room too, enjoyed the room to the fullest with their Smart TV & amazing comfy beds. Club Lounge featured skyline views of the entire Jakarta Central Area. Special thanks to Juan for his help with preparation and service to make my Anniversary a special one.

PPengguna TetamuService was top-notch! From concierge to housekeeping, every service point was exceptional! Commendable mention goes to Arsyad from Front Desk who assisted us at every turn... From helping us sort out an area to meet our Local team to helping us with our odd requests... He did it all with a smile and made us feel welcome and safe with his warm personality... The 17th floor Housekeeping from May 28 to June 2nd was also incredibly attentive... My room was always how I wanted it without my need to inform them... Property itself is clean, well-maintained, and they were careful with the sanitising as we exit the pandemic... Unfortunately it misses on 5 star as there was no room service available for when we were hungry and weren't wanting to Grab food... Otherwise it is truly hard to fault this property... Keep up the 5* service!

Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

PPengguna TetamuStayed in their most basic room with one king bed. The hotel has Japanese theme and feels into it. Checkin was fast, receptionist only let me enter the room after around 1pm / 2pm, while i came at 12pm, they gave me welcome drink voucher which is redeemable for orange juice at their resto / bar on 8th floor. The room is compact, but has everything in it such as small fridge, electric kettle, TV with international channel, very good aircon, slippers and etc. The bed is a bit soft to my preference, but still gave a very good sleep. Linen and blanket was clean. Bathroom is really similar to typical japanese hotel, with fullsize bathtub, heated toilet seat with all bidet buttons you usually find in Japan. amenities are complete. However, often the bathroom has foul smell. Breakfast Buffet was okay for its price, some breads, rice, noodle, stir fry chicken and etc. nothing taste extraordinary, but i do like the Japanese curry. i didnt get the chance to visit the onsen (the only hotel in Jakarta with Onsen perhaps?). overall i love the hotel as it offer good value, however they need to improve their sewage system and some corner need to be cleaned thoroughly.

SSirnajibI did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

MMichael FintanBertemu dengan beberapa rakan Indonesia di sana untuk hujung minggu - cuba mendaftar masuk pada 1.30 petang tetapi mendapat kuliah daripada penyambut tetamu pada masa daftar masuk pada pukul 2 petang-akhirnya mendapat 2 pangsapuri katil selepas 2.30 petang-sekian untuk kuliahnya! Suite di tingkat tinggi 3508? sangat bagus-luas dan bersih -dapur serba lengkap -tempat tidur dsb. sangat baik-tuala lama dan usang -pemandangan hebat -stesen tv hebat -cuba membuka balkoni tetapi rakan Indonesia saya diberitahu deposit 250000 -tidak pasti apa yang berlaku tetapi balkoni tidak pernah dibuka-mengakibatkan apabila saya menggunakan ketuhar penggera kebakaran berbunyi dan keselamatan terpaksa datang bagaimanapun. Sarapan pagi pelbagai jenis tetapi berkualiti sangat - croissant adalah basi kedua-dua hari Saya bersarapan dan beberapa makanan lain agak cerdik (telur dadar dimasak terlebih dahulu dan bukannya untuk dipesan) tetapi restoran dipesan dengan baik mudah untuk mendapatkan meja dan lain-lain. Ada masalah hari lepas di mana saya sebagai pemegang kunci utama terpaksa turun untuk menyelesaikan masalah dengan dua sarapan tambahan (tidak bercadang untuk bersarapan dan rakan-rakan Indonesia saya terpaksa menunggu di depan pintu)-tidak pasti mengapa apabila penerimaan tetamu mempunyai deposit -tetapi telah diselesaikan. Yang mengatakan semua kakitangan yang kami temui adalah hebat - malah penyambut tetamu semasa daftar masuk dan semua orang benar-benar . Keseluruhan tempat yang bagus - pusat membeli-belah di seberang jalan Plaza Semangi kelihatan ditutup tetapi terdapat pasar raya di tingkat bawah tanah yang agak bagus - Pusat membeli-belah Pacific Place kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki melintasi jejantas di jalan utama-tetapi teksi mudah dicari dan dua kedai serbaneka kecil di kompleks Hotel. Adakah saya akan tinggal lagi -jika diri saya ya -tetapi rakan-rakan Indonesia saya tidak terkesan dengan ditahan di pintu restoran seperti penjenayah-walaupun isu telah diselesaikan meninggalkan rasa tidak enak di mulut mereka. Kami biasanya tinggal di pusat bandar NYE dan ini adalah larian atrium-kami akan mencari di tempat lain.
