The hotel staff are all very friendly. Room is very spacious and clean. Hotel is located at very good location. Staff made my stay very comfortable with little surprise as I got back today after a long day where room has been turn down with special art towel and changed of better slippers with this little attention to detail made so worthwhile to have chosen this hotel during this trip! Thank you. Will definitely choose to stay here when I come next time.

Good security and hotel service was very good. Location was up the hill, not so easy to walk around but ordering from food delivery is easy. Hotel room is nice and new. Will visit again.

Location very good and easy access to services, food & beverages. Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit worn and rather small given the price though seems most other options in the area are also very expensive.

TV tidak berfungsi, tidak ada menu untuk perkhidmatan bilik dan akan mengubah jumlah dan menyala pada waktu yang rawak. Panggilan telefon setiap masa. Diabaikan tidak mengganggu plakat. Kakitangan di pusat membeli-belah bersikap kasar. Makanannya enak, tapi monoton. Barangan yang dibakar sangat baik. Tidak dapat pesanan kopi yang konsisten kadang-kadang periuk dengan 2 cawan kopi di dalamnya, kadang-kadang hanya secawan kopi, kadang-kadang dengan susu, kadang-kadang hanya hitam. Dan lain-lain Perkhidmatan bilik tidak akan dijawab sehingga seperti percubaan ke-4 hampir setiap hari. Peti sejuk rosak. Kerana kunci, kebanyakan kemudahan hotel tidak tersedia. Namun, mereka mempunyai makmal dalaman untuk ujian PCR. Bukan betul rawatan yang saya harapkan dari label dunia 5-bintang. Penjaga pekerja di siang hari sangat tepat dan membantu. Bilik itu bersih dan bersih. Keselamatan adalah luar biasa.

Weer hier twee maal geweest in November en Januari. En weer getroffen door de wat ouderwetse maar heel klantvriendelijke sfeer. Geweldig personeel, fijn ontbijt en heel goede keuken! De kamers zijn prettig maar een beetje gedateerd. Vooral badkamers, de waterkokers en de elektriciteitsvoorziening (bekabeling) Maar de service is geweldig. Net als de gratis wii, het fijne terras (je kunt buiten ontbijten). We houden van dit hotel en komen er al jaren. De lokatie in Menteng is geweldig. Cikini station op 5 minuten lopen! Neem daar de commuter trein en je bent heel snel op tal van plekken voor heel weinig geld. Hartelijk dank aan de staff voor de goede service en vriendelijke ontvangst!

I spent 6 weeks in Hotel Liberty between March and April 2020, I am very happy to have been there and I strongly recommend it. I have been travelling the last 30 years and I can say that this is one of the very good places where I stayed. The location, the staff and the cleanliness are excellent. The rooms are big (I stayed in a 28 sqm room) and with very good natural and artificial light; the bathroom is good and very clean; the bed is very good; the closet is big enough for people travelling for long periods like me. Due to the COVID emergency I worked full time from my hotel room and it was very comfortable because the work table is big, the chair very comfortable and the WiFi works well. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. So, I have no doubt I would come back to Liberty Hotel. Thanks Pak Slamet, hotel manager, and thanks to all staff.

Stay in Grand Club Lounge . Best Service , Best Staff , Worth paying more .!!!!!! Club Manager Suzanna demonstrates the highest hospitality service and this reflects in her staff. Special mention , Club Lounge Staff who always smile and remember my husband and I . Erma , Shindy and Indah who go over and above 1 st class service . Just wonderful !!!!!! Also lovely young men Levvy , Aqmal , Ricky , Windy and Jorn who spoilt us during our weeks stay of an evening in the lounge . Wonderful food presentation daily . Special mention to Head Chef Fania who cooks the best omelets and Chef Haddy of an evening who goes over and beyond to please us. Must mention Head of Housekeeping Sumarto . House keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room spotless and attending to our needs daily . We thank all the Grand Hyatt staff and SO look forward to returning . Will be our 15 th year of staying at this wonderful hotel . Huge Pool and Olympus Club are one of my husbands favourite attractions and mine the wonderful Shopping Centres of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia a few minutes walk . World Class Shopping . Also the wonderful front of house service of getting Silver Birds and Blue Birds regularly . We will miss you all . Catherine and Peter

Hotel ini bangunannya bergaya vintage alias classic or jadul. Saya mengambil kamar grand deluxe selama 2 malam dg total biaya 1,5juta. Meja receptiones dilayanin dg duduk, ruangannya bersih cozy dan wangi. Kamar luas dan ada karpetnya, Ac oke banget sejuk, depan hotel banyak yg jualan makanan ,Ini kelebihannya. Minusnya fasiltas dalam kamar seperti exchause di kamar mandi berisik dan closet BAB yg bau. Breakfast makananya kurang variasi, tp makanan yg dihidang enak2. Terus extra bed dihargai 350ribu permalam dapat breakfast alamak... mahalnya.

The hotel was nearly perfect, and I will choose it again. The breakfast of fried rice, eggs and fresh vegetable, was delicious and delivered to the room right on time. The location was great, central to all of my meetings, and convenient to public transportation. But do not park your car on the street outside - you WILL get a ticket.

I have never felt staying the night here but to try one of the tenants here, a legendary ice cream ”Tjanang” you will definitely visit here. The place is comfortable, the air conditioner is adequate in the middle of the hot Jakarta weather. This hotel is also strategic because it is located in Central Jakarta, you can easily find restaurants, Taman Ismail Marzuki, and transportation facilities such as commuter lines and shuttles to Bandung. I see the rates are also budgetable so this is a great place to spend the night. There is no calming situation during this pandemic, but by maintaining health protocols and taking care of our health, we can definitely travel healthily :)
