Le Roi Jammu - Near Jammu Railway Station

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on demand only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and manageable.

If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

I recently stayed at Hotel Le Roi, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The hotel’s location was perfect near Jammu railway station.

Chain of Hotels Hotel le roi haridwar, delhi, dehradun, raipur, udaipur I stayed these locations so around 2 times minimum. But this one le roi jammu very pathetic, food very pathetic, I ordered veg noodles and don't know what was it me and my daughter eat it and then after some time she start vomiting. I also feel not well. Rooms are not as per upto the mark, washroom not as per class of le roi no amenities are available as per class of le roi.

Comfortable stay and helpful hotel staff. Overall pretty decent service. Location of the hotel is good, right next to Jammu Tawi railway station. Commutation was also smooth. Price range was also around the median range, thus overall very good stay.

Very Bad experience, Not cooprstive staff and early check out serice not allowed there. Not recommed to our friend, relative and other know persons. Taking too much time on reception and housekeeping also not responding after multiple calls

No hot water, wash rooms need renovation, very close to jammu tawi station. Windows are not sound proof. Whole night announcements from railway station. Chair near the desk was having faulty hydraulic cylinder when you sit on the same the seat goes down

Lift doesn't work properly. Then they don't provide you towels. After numerous calls to receptn , they didn't provide me towels. After personally going to receptn, then they gave us towels. They have a restaurant at 4th floor. It's full of alcoholic people. You cannot sit there nd have a dinner with your family or wife

Restaurant staff behaviour is very good.......,............ Specially Amit sir........................ Food and service is excellent..................... Hotel location is good ................. Menu price is geniune......
