Iberostar Selection Fuerteventura Palace

I can’t speak highly enough of this fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff, all extremely friendly. Particular thanks go to Katy, Veni, Marlon and Aloui who provided a superb service with enthusiasm and kindness. The food was absolutely outstanding, fresh seafood, lobster, prawns, different cuisines, fresh steaks and always fresh salads and fruits too. You could eat any form of diet and be really well catered for here. The Teppanyaki restaurant was a lovely feature with entertaining culinary skills made fun before our eyes. The entertainment was varied and fun from water aerobics to jewellery making and lots in between. The mini bar was topped up each day and rooms taken care of beautifully. I would love to return for another week of relaxation, being taken care of and pampered. Thank you!

The hotel is beautiful and the service is amazing, the people that work at the hotel go above and beyond. l don't usually do favourites but every morning once we've had breakfast we go to the bar for smoothies and fresh coffee and are greeted by Aliou and his team who always makes our day. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful too. I would highly recommend the hotel for a restful stay.

Best All inclusive hotel ever visited Food was absolutely outstanding. Drinks were branded, snacks were plentiful and of high quality. Lovely quiet hotel with the most helpful staff , they really can't do enough for you . House keepers are excellent at what they do , with lovely touches of turn down at night and chocolates on your pillow We loved this hotel , we went to the beach every morning for a dip and a beautiful walk on the golden sands We lay by the pool all day , beds were comfortable and the bar service was superb , loved the drinks van the lady there was so helpful and delivered gorgeous drinks with a smile . We really didn't want to leave and highly recommend this superb hotel and will definitely be returning

This is an excellent top class 5 star hotel We are never disappointed and keep returning. The food and service is outstanding as usual. On this stay I visited the spa for the first time. 10 euros for 1 hour. Facilities include: pool, steam room, sauna. It was nice and quiet, I was the only one in there.

There is such a beautiful view at this hotel. The staff as always were friendly helpful and exceptionally professional. Ali on reception helped us to celebrate my husband’s birthday and managing our request for an upgrade to star prestige. It was lovely - but honestly the whole hotel is so great the upgrade isn’t essential. If your a lengths swimmer you may find the pools challenging but they were always clean and not packed. The food was AMAZING again. Oysters, steak, crab, salads just wonderful. The Japanese restaurant was an event itself superb. The mattresses on the beds are super comfy. Our rooms were huge and the workshops and activities worthwhile. Hi Marlon ! Xizelea was our waitress she remembered our favourite tables, our lunch and evening drinks order. She was so smiley and wonderful. Evening bar staff Santana and Albarran need mentioning because they were always super attentive no matter how busy things were (even on euros match nights). I would love to say we will definitely go back - but with so many Iberostar to visit it may be a while. I have included photos so you can see just how lovely it is. Spa facilities and gym are five star at this resort we used both.

Very clean, and the grounds are well maintained. Food and drinks are excellent. The service is unbeatable- Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is a resort I would definitely come back to in the future. Thank you for a lovely week away

Could not fault this hotel, from start to finish. If you want to stay in a relaxing, tranquil place where you don’t need to worry about anything, this is the place. The fridge was stocked up constantly throughout the day In the room. Our room was always spotless, thanks to the staff. Food was beautiful. Drinks were great. Staff were so attentive and polite. The entertainment on a night was wonderful. This is not a party hotel, but definitely perfect if you need a relaxing week away.

Room: We stayed in a priority location double room with sea view. Initially, we thought the 'priority location' meant for the view, however it's to do with location within the hotel as we were on the 7th floor which was the same as reception, and easily accessible to all areas of the hotel including the pool which was a plus. The room itself was okay, we requested a double bed but this was two singles pushed together. The view from the balcony to the sea was beautiful, however note that the room we had did not face the terrace where evening entertainment is which would have been nice as sometimes at night we like to go back to the room and chill alone. The shower was really nice, spacious and with a rainfall showerhead. Towels, toiletries and robes all supplied. There is also an inclusive minibar which is restocked daily, including sweets! However, there were several defects noted in the room such as chipped furniture, paint marks, scratched toilet bowl etc (See pictures attached) which I feel like is not reflective of a 5 star hotel. Also, the air-conditioning takes a long time to work which could be quite annoying at times. We did not report these things to reception as myself and my partner aren't ones to cause a fuss and don't spend a lot of time in the room but it was still disappointing. Amenities: The hotel offers different activities each day, during the day this was usually aqua aerobics, Pilates, bingo, soap/jewellery making, volleyball etc. At night this ranged from live singers, saxophonist, magicians, flamenco dancers etc. which was really enjoyable! They also have a sauna, shop, tennis court, and gym however we did not use these. There are 4 pools, however one is for star prestige use only which you have to pay more for. The other include two bigger pools and a smaller pool suitable for children. They are okay size wise, however absolutely freezing which can be a positive or a negative - for us it was more the latter as it was very cloudy and windy so we felt even colder going into the pool than sitting out of it! There are two pool bars, a smaller one serving drinks and another offering a variety of food (sandwiches/pastries/fruit/ice cream) with a bar and help yourself drinks area which we really enjoyed. There are plenty of sun loungers, however the usual predicament of people reserving them early on in the day was apparent. If you don't mind the location of a sun lounger you don't need to worry about this as there were always a few spare. However, just an FYI if you go down onto the beach that the hotel doesn't provide sun loungers and they are 15 euros a day per lounger to use!!!! Location: The location of the hotel can be quite a long transfer from the airport if you do a shuttle bus like we did, but the drive was also quite enjoyable! Just near the beach there is a long path with two little towns/shop areas, one about a 5 minute walk and another about 20/25 minutes. There are also e-scooters at various places across the

**Hotel Review: Iberostar Palace Hotel, Fuerteventura** My partner and I have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Palace Hotel in Fuerteventura, and we would like to share our experience. Without exaggeration, it was the best vacation of our lives – we wholeheartedly give it 5 out of 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Every wish was anticipated, and there wasn't a moment when we didn't feel welcome and valued. The warmth and service of the team were unparalleled. The food at Iberostar Palace was absolutely top-notch. The buffet offered an impressive variety of delicious dishes that changed daily and were always fresh and tasty. Particularly noteworthy was that the food, surprisingly for a hotel, was excellently seasoned, which is rarely found in this quality. The ingredients used were first-class, and the freshly prepared dishes were superb. The location of the hotel is another highlight. Situated directly on a stunning sandy beach, we could enjoy the view of the turquoise sea every morning and start the day with a walk along the shore. The fine sand and crystal-clear water made the beach experience perfect. The hotel grounds themselves are beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. The pool area was always clean and inviting, and the various leisure activities left nothing to be desired. We could both relax and be active as we pleased. Another remarkable point was the responsiveness of the staff to even the slightest form of feedback. For example, we asked for additional hangers, and in the blink of an eye, we had more hangers in our room. This excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. For us, this stay was a perfectly rounded vacation without any drawbacks. We enjoyed every minute and are sure that this will not be our last visit.
