Excellent and professional service from all staff we met. Everyone was helpful and questions were answered with a smile. Our room had a lovely view over the pool area and was always cleaned(even without the clean sign). The choice of food in the buffet was excellent, catering for all tastes. The gardens of the hotel were pleasant to walk through and allowed easy access for anyone with mobility issues. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and one we would recommend.

We went all inclusive with our two year old for the first time and we had a lovely time. The food each day was varied enough to make each meal different and although not the best we've ever had, it was perfectly fine for us. There were plenty of tables and high chairs as well. We didn't struggle to find sun loungers and all of the pools were lovely. Our room was the perfect size for us, maybe slightly outdated but always clean. We also had a decent shower with a bath which was helpful for our toddler! We were also right next to the playground which we used multiple times. We did try to get a late checkout but we're told that unfortunately it wasn't possible however we didn't have to be out of our room until 12pm so that helped. Please bare in mind that this hotel is at the top of a pretty steep hill so if you want to go to the beach, be prepared for an intense walk back! The only thing that really wasn't great was the WiFi as it dropped in and out constantly and just really didn't work for us. All in all, we had a great time with friendly staff and would recommend this hotel.

2nd visit, may, 7 night all inclusive, couple, 50s,last visit 2 years ago great that's why we booked again, felt this time the hotel had gone down hill, Internet terrible this time, food was so repative & quality not great, room bit tired air con not working , drink quality terrible cocktails made machine yuk not many choices unless you paying or wearing a royal wrist band Pool freezing this time wasn't last time in may. Beautiful beach near by Hotel on a hill Plenty of sun loungers good shade, clean pool, lovely pool towels deposit required, maid service good, entertainment really good daytime & evening the team are so lovely suitable for everyone Reception not so great this time Bar staff not so great Loads of bars & lounges, pool bar nice area, lots toilets around very clean, lots of ramps, lots of things to do, food lots of choices repeat a lot Desserts are amazing, so are the coffee machines Overall good holiday not sure if I want a 3rd trip their

I had a great time, and the animators didn’t let me get bored; such cheerful guys like Sam made me feel good, maintaining a great mood and overall development with interesting competitions and, in principle, sincere conversation. Many thanks to the Hotel for the opportunity to meet great people!

Absolutely do not recommend, I am currently still here on holiday, the food is an awful standard not nice atall, the phones In the room do not work and when they do reception rarely answer the phones,there is no way to turn the language on the t.v in the room to English when asked at reception got told there was problem with the TV and he couldn't tell me when it would be fixed he then hung up the phone and left it at that ( not only a problem for my room 3 other rooms booked on our party had the same problem so clearly all tvs in the hotel are the same ), have found the male staff member on reception everytime I went up was extremely rude and made it very clear that he could not care less about any problems you may have, overall an awful experience to the point I am looking to fly home early, save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

This is the first time I have visited this hotel and I definitely won’t be going back, if you are an English family I would not recommended going as we felt we were being treated different to everyone else as there was mainly French and German families there, who were very rude the 10 days we were there we had a lot of disagreements with a few different family’s as the rudeness was just on a different level. Every English family we had spoken too said exactly the same thing that they felt like they were being treated differently and felt as if everyone was being rude. Staff were very rude especially in the buffet dinner! A child slipped on alcohol next to the bouncy castle area and a staff member who I recall to be called rueben just stood and laughed?! We were not informed before our stay that it was card only and all of the party I went with took cash so we were unable to buy snacks or drinks around the pool, we were just fortunate enough that there was a shop in the hotel. Bad experience overall and will not be returning!!!

Staff were rude and unhelpful. Hotel in very dated. We were on the ground floor with no privacy on balcony and shear drop at the end so couldn't let kids out. Food was horrendous. Entertainment was very poor. Due to location you can't go out unless you want to get a taxi back as the hill was very steep and long. Nothing for kids to do without spending a fortune on arcades. If you need reception don't bother, everytime we went there we were stood there for over half an hour while they check people in. Far too slow. Even getting refunds on deposits paid it took them ages on computer. If you get receipts for anything from reception keep it as we were told we couldn't get refunds on deposits without it but never mentioned it when they gave us receipts. No tea/coffee making facilities and rooms very dated. This hotel definitely catered more for Spanish and wasn't interested if you were English infact was frowned it if English. Felt like they didn't want us there. Other people leaving reviews must have gone with either older kids that can entertain themselves or alone. People with kids I spoken with in the hotel hated their holiday and couldn't wait to come help which was us also. First time being away for just a week but couldn't wait to come home after a couple of days.

Great hotel, rooms are clean all throughout, fresh/new towels every day. Staff very friendly and helpfu. Food was delicious and plenty to choose from. Water in a swimming pool was warm, great for toddlers. Shops are 5 min away from the hotel. Beautiful beach which is 10 min away. Entertainment during the day and evening. Kids disco was every day.

The hotel was lovely, very clean nice big rooms. pool and bar areas nice with plenty of sun loungers. we went all inclusive and found the food to be good if not a little repetitive. The location was OK. being on top of the hill was a bit of and pain, but manageable. There were just a couple.of things that let it down. firstly the entertainment was mainly aimed at young kids so there wasn't much for adults. The second was the amount of young children running round the dining area unsupervised. I found this not only made it hard to enjoy a nice meal, but was also dangerous. Twice I had a young child run in front of me whilst I was carrying hot drinks and although this may not be the hotels fault it would have been nice if it was better managed. overall a nice hotel but probably best suited to families with younger children rather than adults
