Stayed for five nights with a friend, the first room we had was very disappointing. The bidet and toilet faced each other with only a 6 inch gap between, and both were only about 10 inches from the bath, making getting out of the shower very hazardous. After complaining, we were given a much better room. The cleaning of the rooms was not particularly good, we found hairs in the bath on arrival, and we had no towels on one day. However, the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre, but plentiful. The hotel is situated very conveniently for the centre of Jerez within walking distance of the train and bus stations and only 10 minutes from both the Cathedral and Gonzalez Byass bodegas.

Limpio, confortable, con buena ubicación, aunque un poco alejado del centro para ir a pie. Se aparca sin problema en la misma puerta, fuera del hotel de forma gratuita. En superficie cuentan con parking gratuito de unas 10 plazas, según disponibilidad (protegido por dos barreras). Zona tranquila y segura. Habitaciones correctas y limpias. La nuestra no contaba con armario cerrado (únicamente una barra con 6 perchas), ni con mesillas. Lo mejor el colchón muy cómodo, aunque las almohadas son mejorables. No cogimos desayuno porque por la zona hay varias opciones más baratas y mejores

Bellissimo per un tre stelle, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buono il cibo a buffet e il personale gentile e professionale... Le camere sono un po' datate ma pulitissime e spaziose... E con comodo letto.. A 800 metri dalla spiaggia valdelagrana.. Una delle più rinomate di cadiz... meravigliosa di sabbia dorata finissima senza nemmeno una pietra... Piccola piscina molto pulita e ben servita....a 15 km da cadiz.. Parcheggio in strada gratuito.. unico neo non bisognerebbe mai ospitare una scolaresca insieme ai turisti...

Tendo como opção uma pernoite foi muito bom ter a possibilidade de, para além da estadia, tomar um café da manhã e jantar. O quarto é confortável e com espaço suficiente. O banho é bom, mas o suporte do chuveiro deve ser reparado, pois do jeito que está obriga que fiquemos segurando a ducha durante o banho, o que é um tanto incômodo. O jantar é muito bom e bem servido, já o café da manhã é bem limitado e insuficiente. De modo geral, vale a pena a estadia.

Semuanya dijaga dengan baik, bilik menawarkan semua butiran yang mungkin, perkhidmatan yang disediakan (sarapan pagi, kolam renang, spa, tempat letak kereta) sempurna, secara keseluruhan pada pukul 10, tiada apa yang membuat saya melarikan diri, saya akan ulangi

Hotel di tengah-tengah, sangat mudah untuk melawat bandar dengan berjalan kaki. Lelaki yang menyambut kami sangat baik, dia menyimpan bagasi kami selepas daftar keluar sepanjang hari. Bilik bersih dan berciri. Disyorkan!

We had a very nice, spacious twin bed room as were travelling as friends. Very clean. Got safe battery fixed and good as included safe. Had shower gel (although needed refilling!) shampoo, handwash and handcream. Had bath and shower arrangement, which I prefer. Also a minibar! Good shutters too to block out light and also aircon. TV modern and good size and free WiFi. Lighting in room nice too. Sink plug was faulty but a minor detail. Staff were very responsive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was first class. You can order also cooked breakfasts as you wish in addition. Only drawback is whilst parking is next door, it's charged for so we parked elsewhere FOC 13 mins walk away after Googling ”parking gratuito” in area. Thought there was a bar in hotel but there wasn't but no matter as place is heaving with nice, very reasonable bars and cafés. There's one just opposite if weather bad that is dirt cheap! All in all, I'd highly recommend. We stayed for 2 nights just to see nearby Cádiz. It's perfect for this whether by ferry, bus or train.

The hotel is a charming building, occupying a former convent. It's very close to the centre of Jerez, with parking available nearby and in close proximity to nearby bustling restaurants and cafes. The staff are excellent and friendly, especially the very helpful manageress Maria Montiel, and we can't forget the two ladies who give service at breakfast, always with a smile. The cleaners maintain the rooms to a high standard, and in a cheerful fashion. We stayed in a comfortable room overlooking the square, and have stayed there twice, which of course is a recommendation!

Very comfortable hotel, large rooms, great location good restaurant food. However best thing were the friendly and very helpful staff,. I would especially mention Maria, the chief receptionist and her team. I discovered that her full name is Maria del Carmen Clavijo Ramirez. She was not only really friendly, thoughtful and kind whilst I stayed there in late May, but also helped me get some clothes I had forgotten back to the UK through a local company.
