This hotel offers a truly exceptional and unique experience. What I loved most is its traditional Chinese architectural style, beautifully set within a village surrounded by mountains. The atmosphere feels authentic and peaceful, yet the interior is incredibly luxurious and exceeds expectations. The staff were highly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. The location is outstanding, providing breathtaking scenery and a relaxing environment away from the crowds. One of the biggest advantages is that the reservation includes access to the nearby park, which adds great value and convenience without the need to purchase separate tickets. Overall, it was a memorable and outstanding stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of culture, comfort, and natural beauty.

The hotel location is great. It's in the center of Wangxian valley with beautiful scenic view. The amenities is well-equipped. The room is clean but not spotless. There's water stain on the floor and in the shower room when I checked in. There's huge problem in communication because we can't speak Chinese. Almost all the staffs cannot understand English. The check in process took very long. We can't redeem the free photo service that is included in the promotion of the room we selected. We arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, the photo service is available until 5 PM. We knew that we have to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before we check in. We tried to contact the hotel many times, both through Trip.com and WeChat, that we wanted the photo service. There were no response in every platform. After we checked in, we requested the staff to lead us to the photo service area. When we arrived, there were 2 customers who are in the process of makeup in the photo service. We handed the photo card to the lady in the shop. She explained that the photo card only included the costume, the makeup had additional fee, which we already knew from the start. We told her that we only need the costume, the makeup is not required. ,when she heard ,she told us that that day is fully booked, we have to come there again the day after on 9 AM. It was impossible for us as we have to check out early the next morning. We accepted because we couldn't do anything about it. In the evening, we showed the photo of the restaurant we wanted to go to the staff. We asked 2 staffs, and they said the completely different ways to get to the restaurant. One of them told us to take the shuttle bus, while another told us to walk to the restaurant. We tried to ask about the shuttle bus stops, but no one could tell us how the shuttle bus travel in the valley. In the end, we gave up and walk around the valley to eat the street food instead. The next morning, the breakfast starts at 7.30 AM, which was not 7 AM as the receptionist told us. We have to hurry because we have to take the high speed train at Shangrao at 11AM. The process of traveling back to the visitor center was very tiring, it took a very long time to communicate with the staff to take us back to the visitor center because no one can understand our English. All the time we communicate with the staffs, we have to use translator. At first the staff thought we wanted them to take us to the train station, which was not correct. In conclusion, this hotel is excellent only if you understand Chinese. The staffs have great service mind and tried to help us, but communication was really bad and time-consuming. The hotel should be more honest about the photo service that is included with the booking. Not recommend to people who cannot speak and understand Chinese.

這是我國慶出來玩住的最乾淨最細節服務的酒店了，前台小姐姐的微笑很甜，引導我們到房間還送了洗好的新鮮水果，酒店房間內不但很乾凈，裝修也很有格調，裏面特別多的人性化細節，除了各種免費小零食和果汁，還有感應夜燈、消防口罩、一次性馬桶墊等，娃很喜歡小帳篷，晚上還在裏面睡著了，大堂二樓還有精美茶歇。總而言之，對這次入住非常滿意，臨走還送了當地特色零食，非常貼心，在我心裏絕對九江高檔酒店排第一🥰

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

This newly built guesthouse is not far away from the bridge that's linked to the entrance of 篁岭. No need to take cable car at all. The owner of the guesthouse is very friendly and helpful who gave us a good orientation on how to approach the bridge after our check in. He also fetches us back to the guesthouse in the evening after we finished our tour. Overall, I'm very satisfied staying here.

前台服務很温馨，有加專門的微信進行溝通。酒店地理位置不錯，離萬壽寺近。住下來才發現，酒店離賀龍南昌起義指揮部紀念館近在咫尺，賀龍在這個教會中學的場地與他的戰友籌備南昌起義，小小的紀念館承載着南昌榮耀。裏酒店500米處還有明德路老茶館更是驚喜的存在，這棟建築可追溯至清代撫台衙門的西花廳。如今化身為承載歷史與茶香的寧靜空間。

Really good hotel inside the Huangling village, we have to check-in at the visitor center at the bottom of mountain before taking cable car to the village. After arriving at the upper station, the staffs were really helpful to take our baggage to the hotel where was quite far from the cable car station. We're really enjoy 1 night stay in this village because it's quite peace at night after all tour group go back in the evening. Also, the villagers had dragon parade and small performance at late evening which was really nice. The hotel was good and clean. All facilities were in good condition, and breakfast was good and delicious.

呢間希爾頓真係超出預期！由check-in開始就感受到前台嘅熱情招呼，客房整潔舒適，床褥軟硬適中，枕頭仲有得揀。酒店環境清幽，夜晚喺大堂酒吧坐吓都寫意。早餐最驚喜，中西式齊全，即煮麵檔同新鮮生果吧好有誠意。最緊要係價錢合理，性價比極高，下次嚟撫州一定再住呢度。

Very friendly staff. Located next to Lake and Park. The hotel is very new. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel offers delicious food. Highly recommended, definitely the best hotel in Jiujiang.

地面停車場好像不是酒店獨佔的，不過保安告知有個地下停車場，也就還行。酒店周圍也算是商圈，一樓有家24小時無人值守的美宜佳。前台小姐姐服務態度挺好的，積極幫忙安排房間。房間佈局跟傳統酒店有點不太一樣，有點兒新鮮感，房間內擺設簡潔。建議酒店還是能告知客人有哪些物品是可以免費使用的，畢竟那一整版的價格表看着有點嚇人。
