Kami tinggal di sini 8 tahun yang lalu, apabila hotel itu dahulunya bernama The Shyuen. AC Marriot benar-benar membawanya ke peringkat seterusnya, apabila kontemporari dan moden bertemu sebagai satu. Saya akan menilai berdasarkan kategori:
Bilik (5/5)
Saiz biliknya kemas, tidak terlalu besar, tidak terlalu kecil. Selesa untuk keluarga kecil kami.
Lobi Hotel (4/5)
Rasa santai dan puas. Cuma agak janggal apabila terlalu banyak anak tangga untuk naik dan turun banyak. Mungkin.
Kemudahan (3/5)
Kolam itu hebat. Gim itu juga bagus. Suka dengan tapak penthouse dan astaka dengan landskap hiasan tema perkahwinan taman. Beberapa kemudahan juga masih belum dibuka kerana dalam pembinaan.
Tempat letak kereta (4/5)
Ia boleh menjadi agak mencabar, terutamanya untuk mencapai tanjakan pusing ke aras bawah tanah.
Keramahan (3/5)
Terdapat kebaikan dan keburukan di sini. Pujian kepada Cik Jagjeet kerana sudi hadir sepanjang proses pra daftar masuk. Saya menghubunginya untuk mengesahkan dan meminta kedua-dua bilik itu bersebelahan, dan juga mendapat tingkap. Dia memberi taklimat kepada kami dengan lancar.
Hanya pada masa itu apabila kami tiba di hotel untuk mendaftar masuk. Cik Yi Ying menghadiri kami di kaunter. Beliau berkata deposit berjumlah RM400 yang perlu dibayar dengan kad dan terus berkata deposit itu akan dipulangkan terus selepas mendaftar keluar hotel. Tetapi selepas mendaftar keluar, mereka berkata mereka perlu menunggu selama 7 hingga 14 hari. Kami menghubungi pengurus dan mereka berkata untuk kembali kepada kami tidak lama lagi.
1. Tiada resapan air dari bilik pancuran mandian yang sangat baik untuk keselamatan kerana bilik mandi sentiasa kering.
2. Tekanan air adalah tinggi untuk mandi yang memuaskan.
3. Katilnya selesa untuk tidur yang lena.
4. Terdapat tempat letak kereta yang luas di tingkat bawah tanah.
Walau bagaimanapun, pencahayaan dalam bilik (kecuali bilik mandi) terlalu malap untuk membaca.
Charming Boutique Stay in the Heart of Ipoh.
A lovely boutique hotel beautifully furnished and centrally located in Ipoh. We especially enjoyed the cozy lobby and its charming Art Deco touches. Rooms are limited, so it’s best to book early, particularly during holidays and festive seasons.
We stayed in a duplex room, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a hair dryer, slippers, a filtered water dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine, and disposable toiletries—more than what you’d typically expect from many hotels.
Breakfast was very decent, with made-to-order options such as Western dishes or local nasi lemak. There are also plenty of local coffee shops and eateries nearby if you’d like to explore other breakfast choices.
The hotel’s location is a major plus. It’s within walking distance of popular Ipoh attractions like Concubine Lane, Memory Lane Market, and Mural Art’s Lane, as well as the famous Lao Wang beansprout chicken. There are also numerous food options around, and it’s just across from Palo 101, a trendy spot popular with youngsters and a regular venue for New Year’s countdown celebrations.
We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Ipoh.

Pengalaman yang menakjubkan sepanjang masa. Kami tidak menikmati Ipoh langsung sehingga kami mendaftar masuk di sini. Mereka mendapat sambutan yang baik untuk hari lahir teman wanita saya. Kemudahan semua sangat baik. Rasanya seperti anda berada di dalam hutan pada masa-masa, monyet untuk dilihat dan burung yang cantik. Resort ini cukup besar sehingga tidak pernah berasa sesak, dan makanan yang kami makan adalah sempurna! Vila ini selesa dan dibersihkan dua kali sehari, manakala tab mandi panas adalah kelebihan yang indah dan kolam kecil.
Tidak dapat mengesyorkan ini sebagai percutian yang mencukupi, di mana anda tidak perlu pergi sehingga daftar keluar.
Satu-satunya perkara yang saya katakan, sebagai orang Ireland, ialah saya fikir bilik bawah tanah Jeff mungkin mempunyai pilihan wiski Ireland yang lebih baik. Akan kembali dengan gembira.
Beautiful hotel with modern technology such as face recognition to access the lift and rooms. Unfortunately, during our stay the system did not work properly. Out of the three of us, only my son couldn't use the face scan to enter the lift, but he could scan to enter the room. Meanwhile, my daughter and I could not use the face scan to open the room door.
When we checked with the receptionist who handled our check-in, she mentioned it was a technical issue, but she did not seem very welcoming or helpful.
We were staying in room 3021B. After about two hours, the room became very warm. When we called reception, they said the room would take time to cool down because it is a big room. A technician came to check as well and said the same thing. However, this information was never explained to us earlier. The first night was very uncomfortable due to the warm temperature, and at 4am I had to go down to the reception to make a complaint. Only the next day, on 28/3 around 6pm, we were able to change the room to 4021B.
On the second day, a staff member named Hanis was very friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated.
When we moved to room 4021B, I informed the concierge who helped us move our luggage that the front corridor light was not working. It seemed like this issue was not followed up, as the light was still not fixed (as shown in the photo). At that point, I did not bother to raise it again.
Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has impressive technology, but the lack of communication between departments and inconsistent service was disappointing.
Hotel best.. Bilik besar dan bersih. Lokasi strategik kt tgh2 bandar tpg. Senang nk cari makanan. Parking pon ok la. Mudah je. Pergi sbb urusan keluarga, bilik okrasa seronok je nak berehat. View yg sangat lawa. Boleh tengok sunset dari dalam bilik. Dpt ddk tingkat tggi lagi best. Satu taiping boleh nampak. Hahahha
It was an alright stay. Bathroom is really spacious, bedroom is weirdly shaped due to being a corner unit but acceptable. Basic bathroom amenities are there, limited TV channels. Lift and the entire of 2nd floor and room did smell of cigarettes when I checked in, and it was a bit off putting. I try not to look too much into the details such as peeling wallpapers and A/C that doesn't work as regularly as it should (sometimes cold, most of the time just OK despite no changes in the temperature settings).
Location was superb. It's a short drive to pretty much everywhere I need to access during my business trip, so that's a plus. For it's price, I can't complain much. But if I'm particular, topping up a little bit more could get me a more recently renovated hotel (C***tel) with equally accessible location.
Menginap selama 2H1M pada hari bekerja bersama isteri saya dan bayi berusia 1 tahun. Bilik dan hotelnya memuaskan, dengan lokasi yang strategik—berjalan kaki ke banyak restoran, Speedmart dan Lumut Waterfront. Bagaimanapun, pantai itu tidak sesuai untuk berenang kerana minyak dan kotoran. Bufet sarapan pagi juga tidak bagus. Walau bagaimanapun, saya masih fikir ini adalah salah satu hotel terbaik yang tersedia di Lumut, dan saya akan mempertimbangkan untuk tinggal di sini lagi.

The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserMarina Island Boat transfer easy, although I feel a little expensive. Coffee was cold, they had wrong check in information and I almost tripped on uneven block surface exiting building to boat. Check in completed at reception , with correction to booking. We were in a lower tropical garden villa, which is cheapest room. We were lucky to have part sea view and part back of pool view. Other lower villas in this category, not so good a view. This said, room was gorgeous, despite dead moth in sunken bath area. All the staff were fantastic and helpful. Chatted to some people in over water villas, who were disappointed you could not swim in sea from villa, nor enter sea from beach around jetty , due to sea urchins. On the other side of the Island is Emerrald bay. Absolutely stunning! Beautiful beach and sea to swim in. Lots of space for sun beds, but everyday ran out by 11am! Suggest they get some more! Forfeited scrumptious in all restaurants.
秋秋玉的林间时光I arrived a bit early for check-in and asked if I could get my room by 12 PM. The staff informed me that early check-in before 12 PM would incur an additional charge, roughly 50% of the room rate. I understand this is hotel policy, so travelers should be aware. The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to major attractions and surrounded by plenty of great food options. However, the room itself was quite dark with poor natural light, and even with all the lights on, it still wasn't bright enough.

GGuest UserBooked a room here to stay close to family in the area, and it was exactly what I needed. It’s a straightforward hotel with all the essential amenities. The room was clean, the room service was prompt, and the reception team was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great choice if you’re looking for a hassle-free, ”basics done right” experience.
GGuest UserStrategic location with great customer service. However, I notice at late night whereby 2 out of 4 pillows dirty with unpleasant scent (saliva and sweat). I have to sleep with 1 pillow and struggle not to flip or put my hand beneath the only pillow due to the contact with dirty pillow. Good breakfast and service despite hotel room fee very cheap. I believe hotel room fee may increase after room maintenance in place (Seriously). It is a strategic location with great scenery view. Room maintenance floor by floor or room by room in align with booking capacity shall help to secure ‘returning customer’. Thank You
GGuest UserWe stayed one night at Bedrock Hotel Ipoh and had a very pleasant experience. The room was very nice and huge, with plenty of space and everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The location is convenient for exploring Ipoh and the Old Town area.
The only small downside was the breakfast, which was just so-so. It was fine, but not the highlight of the stay.
Overall, everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.
NNikSimThe property is run under Tui Blue and operates like a hotel. Very clean so that is a plus for us. The living area is just nice and balcony offers good view of mountains and the housing estates of Ipoh Garden, Bercham. Breakfast was a no fuss affair and efficient. Walk around the property is surprisingly calming. Only problem I had was the hot water in the shower. The knob can be burning hot since it is not premixed. Free drinks in the fridge definitely a nice touch though.
