"We are travelers who don’t speak Chinese, and the staff at Xijiang Sanchun Liji Garden Meisu went above and beyond to help us from start to finish.
Before check-in, we got lost trying to find the right bus, and the staff patiently guided us step by step on WeChat. They even sent their housekeeper to find us once we arrived in the village.
The hotel itself is beautiful...clean, cozy, and has a good view. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The staff treated us well, bringing us snacks, bottled water and tea, and even coupons for handcrafted cocktails and a gift of tea. They also helped us when it was time to leave, making sure we found our way back out of the village easily.
Everyone was friendly, caring, and easy to communicate with on WeChat. The location was nice - by the bus stop and close to everything in the village.
We 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!"

FFranticbugZhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

GGuest UserStaying here was very comfortable, and the environment was great. The front desk lady had an excellent service attitude. I was here for an exam, and the hotel is right in the city center. It's only a 10-minute walk to the exam venue, so I didn't have to worry about traffic, which gave me peace of mind. It's also very close to Zhongbo for food, so I ate well!

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

GGuest UserThe room was great, very spacious, and the bathroom was also large and new. It was a room with a view, and I could see the ancient city's night view and the sunset, which I really loved! Plus, it's very close to the ancient city, making it super convenient for getting around, and there's free parking too! The service was excellent, and breakfast was also very good.

GGuest User🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement
I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs.
The Highlights:
The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue.
The Downsides:
However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived.
Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in!

After entering from the west gate and taking the sightseeing bus, contact them and a handsome guy will be waiting at the observation deck's drop-off point to help with luggage and escort you to your room. The room is spacious and clean, with direct elevator access. All drinks and fruits inside are free, no hidden charges! Breakfast is a buffet and the quality is good!
My husband and I got lost in the village and saw many people struggling with their luggage in narrow, dark alleys looking for guesthouses. We're truly so glad we chose San Chun Li!

💖 Service exceeded expectations! A dedicated butler contacted us in advance, arranged pick-up and drop-off, and was on hand for luggage storage and any other needs we had.
🏠 The room amenities were incredibly thoughtful. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a standalone bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. They also provided a Marshall speaker, premium toiletries, and a Dyson hairdryer, making for a truly high-quality stay.
Breakfast can be delivered to your room, so you can enjoy high-altitude city views with your morning tea right from your bed. The American-style cafe downstairs is super photogenic, and there are complimentary welcome fruits, coffee, and drinks. Plus, laundry and drying services are available. It's truly ideal for couples!

LlunaxchelleMy stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning.
The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty.
The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate.
The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents.
Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserStayed for two nights. The breakfast was quite varied. I specifically tried both the fried noodles and the boiled noodles; they were the same type of noodle but had completely different flavors, which was really good. Since it's close to the airport, I asked about nearby attractions when checking in. The front desk staff, Xiao Mo, was very professional and knew the area inside out. She was clear about travel times and routes, which saved me a lot of time planning. Many thanks!

BBaifanwangAs a resort hotel, Anantara Guiyang is truly comfortable, especially during off-peak seasons when the guest-to-staff ratio is excellent.
**Facilities**: Every room is a suite, decorated in a Southeast Asian style. The silver ornaments on the walls are beautiful, and the rooms feel very new overall. The bathtub is huge; an 180cm person can lie flat with room for another. Public areas include a large swimming pool, game room, gym, and billiards room.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, and the sheets are changed daily.
**Environment**: There are many daily activities, and my child made lots of crafts. It's about a 30-minute drive from the city center, costing around 40 RMB by taxi.
**Service**: Our butler, Apple, provided full-service coordination throughout, making the vacation very enjoyable.
