設施：花園式的酒店，很漂亮，房間很大，陽台很大，中式風格，唯一廁所浴室對着窗户感覺私隱差點 衞生：不錯 環境：酒店的規模大，大堂金碧輝煌，周邊綠樹成蔭，門口就是古城，一公里左右是步行街，美食特產很多，外賣方便。 服務：vip中心接待熱情，升級了更大陽台雙床房，外賣送至前台，會安排服務生送上樓，因外賣不小心購買生食，vip中心小朱及時協調餐廳製作並送到房間，服務態度很好。 早餐：中規中矩，品種算豐富，但味道一般，本地特色食品很少，尤其10點收餐，9點有些菜品已經空盤，詢問後也沒有及時加菜和回覆説明。（此處扣一分，因前台服務態度好，補上的）

Perfect stay in Anshun. The location is unbeatable, with a lovely view of the city and park, and close proximity to the liveliest parts of the city. Minutes from endless food options and many shops. Also easy to get rides. The hotel’s service deserves praise. I requested a pick up from the station and it exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful and helped me with many questions. They’re so kind and welcoming and helpful, it really made my trip better. When I come back to Anshun I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

It’s tastefully done up Japanese style with a touch of Chinese deco and breakfast was very delightful . 小張 especially and her team were very good host . The outdoor ‘Onsen ‘bath was great overlooking into the forest in Wanfenglin. Also well entertain by the house dog . Excellent retreat for those who want a serene place to stay . Was sorry that we stay only 2 nights . Highly recommended .

五一親子游，價格快到1500元一晚，親子套房。 先説好的方面：服務比較好，提前聯繫確認需求，行李車也是隨叫隨到，需要的服務基本都能響應，禮貌周到。 重點説不滿意的方面：1、提前聯繫我需求的時候，明確表達需要安靜、不要電梯旁的房間，到了房間看見電梯就在房間旁邊，告訴我這個房型都在電梯旁，不提前告知。2、晚上睡覺，尤其小童榻榻米房間電梯噪音特別大，打電話投訴並要求關閉VIP電梯後，仍然噪音巨大無法入睡，再去查看發現還有一部應急電梯在榻榻米房間背後。一個房間，與兩部電梯在一起。3、榻榻米房間是書房改造，地上插座未去處，正好在坐墊旁邊，安全隱患很大。4、榻榻米房間窗簾壞。5、淋浴房漏水。6、衞生間返臭。7、改造的榻榻米房間是木地板，樓上小孩隨便走動噪音特別大，一直持續到一點左右，因為我家有小孩，這個也理解，並沒有反映，主要是地板隔音的問題沒處理好。 這個價格，衹能説體驗特別差，尤其是電梯噪音，這個房型無法避免，嚴重影響睡眠質量，起碼應該先告知住客。 衹能是一聲歎息，這些老牌五星酒店，在時代的浪潮中，更不上時代的變化，顯得極其不適應，位置和極好的服務態度也不能掩蓋其落寞的背影。 衹是為了提醒後來者，無其他之意。

Looks did not deceive. Clean spacious room, helpful staff, good location, noisy which was to be expected in a city centre like Anshun, but one can always close the window. Only minus was the western breakfast, cake, pastry, and sweet bread is not my idea of a western breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very satisfied with facilities and friendly services. Facilities look brand new , clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly. 小高was particularly helpful e.g. he guided me to the laundry room and showed me how to operate the “smart “ washing machines there. It was an enjoyable 4 night stay there. Thank you.

We are travelers who don’t speak Chinese, and the staff at Xijiang Sanchun Liji Garden Meisu went above and beyond to help us from start to finish. Before check-in, we got lost trying to find the right bus, and the staff patiently guided us step by step on WeChat. They even sent their housekeeper to find us once we arrived in the village. The hotel itself is beautiful...clean, cozy, and has a good view. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The staff treated us well, bringing us snacks, bottled water and tea, and even coupons for handcrafted cocktails and a gift of tea. They also helped us when it was time to leave, making sure we found our way back out of the village easily. Everyone was friendly, caring, and easy to communicate with on WeChat. The location was nice - by the bus stop and close to everything in the village. We 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We would definitely stay here again.
