位置 ： 坐落在凱里不容錯過的大十字，基本上除了看村T開車15分鐘，其他的一商場，銀飾城，中博美食街等都是步行400-500米距離，非常方便，而且酒店自帶停車場，入住的時候前台會登記車牌號，後續就可以暢通無阻了（偷偷瞄了一眼酒店停車場等收費標準，不得不説貴州停車費是真貴呀，還好住酒店有免單！）
服務： 為什麼先説服務呢！因為實在太好了嗚嗚嗚，從入住的那刻，我們是上午11點到的，有很多房間還沒有空出來，所以給我們升級了套房，套房有卧室，客廳，還有觀景陽台！好驚喜！ 另外送外賣有機器人，房間有什麼用品缺了有阿姨送來！有一次我需要棉簽，阿姨不知道我是需要什麼棉簽怕二次跟我確認打擾我，給我拿了一整包的棉簽和幾根自帶碘伏的碘伏棉簽！真的好貼心啊！！！
房間和設施： 房間很大，裏面也不失本地特色，洗手間很寬敞，兩個洗手盆方便兩個人各自洗漱，床品也很舒服，唯一美中不足的是枕頭太軟了而且都是矮枕，建議之後加一個硬枕/高枕的選項，方便大家有些睡不慣軟枕的做選擇。 房間有冰箱，保險箱，體重秤，吹風機等等，都應有盡有
早餐 ： 必須單獨拎出來誇誇的一個模塊。就咱酒店這個價位提供的選項多，味道好，這個品質的早餐真的意想不到啊！ 兼顧各種口味還有本地特色！ 米粉，河粉，麪條攤位很好吃！澆頭每天都換，吃到了辣子雞，紅燒肉，幹鍋牛肉，肉沫和脆哨！每種都好吃！還有很多小菜和配菜可以搭配。 蒸菜黨， 居然有社飯！！！天啊！然後居然還有糯米雞哈哈哈哈，真的兼具各地口味。
總而言之，這家酒店已經入選我最愛酒店之一了，下次來我還是會繼續打卡！

這次黃果樹之行住堯珈望瀑民宿，真的超出預期，必須好好誇誇管家小姜和曹曹！入住前小姜就主動聯繫，把路線、停車、遊玩攻略都講得清清楚楚，特別省心。到店後曹曹熱情迎接，幫忙搬行李、介紹房間和公區，温柔又有耐心，第一印象就特別好。 民宿景色絕了，開窗就是山景和大橋，房間乾淨舒服，拍照也很出片。但最加分的還是服務，小姜細心靠譜，出行提醒、需求響應都特別及時；曹曹熱情暖心，不管是問路線、找機位還是日常小事，都耐心幫忙，有求必應。全程被照顧得妥妥帖帖，沒有一點敷衍，讓人感覺像回家一樣安心。 一次超舒服的度假體驗，全靠兩位管家的用心服務。強烈推薦這家民宿，為小姜和曹曹瘋狂打call，下次來一定還選這裏！

房間非常乾淨整潔，各種設施一應俱全。位置很好，離古鎮很近。民宿簡直比酒店還設施齊全，健身房的器械非常多，真的超愛。還有游泳池，瑤浴池。閲讀室，24小時自助洗衣房等。老闆非常熱情，早餐精緻豐富，晚上還有甜品，在房間還可以泡老闆祕方瑤浴，一天玩下來泡一泡非常解乏。老闆還送了下午茶，臨走還送了精緻的伴手禮，免費送到高鐵站。可以説是荔波民宿天花板了。感謝老闆悉心的接待給春節旅程增添一份別樣的温暖和亮色！強烈推薦！

The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. Very satisfied with facilities and friendly services. Facilities look brand new , clean and well maintained. All staff were friendly. 小高was particularly helpful e.g. he guided me to the laundry room and showed me how to operate the “smart “ washing machines there.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — their friendliness and willingness to help with anything we needed truly stood out.
The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to every taste — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. Every morning felt like a real treat!
The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking, offering an impressive panorama over the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings, whether during sunrise or at night when the city lights sparkle below.
The location couldn’t be better — everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach, making it the ideal base for exploring the city.

We booked this hotel as a last-minute Chistmas Eve getaway. At a total cost of 840 rmb, it was a bit of a splurge. It was totally worth it.
Let's start with the bathtub. I am 6'4” (193 cm), 150kg, and I love a good bath. This bathtub is a small pool. You can see in the photo that I was stretched out with room to spare.
Then there is the view, I love Guiyang at night, and it looked so cool with the fog and the lights. The sitting area by the windows was so pleasant with a couple glasses of wine (provided with the room) .
Honestly, you can find the rest of the room amenities in other hotels, but you are hard pressed to find a view or a tub like this anywhere.
I also found the service to be extremely helpful. My Chinese is poor, so the hostess who checked us in created a wechat group so that I could translate things and make any requests of the front desk staff. They were very responsive and helpful.
Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I will most likely book this room every couple of months as a mini vacation for the wife and I.

We are travelers who don’t speak Chinese, and the staff at Xijiang Sanchun Liji Garden Meisu went above and beyond to help us from start to finish.
Before check-in, we got lost trying to find the right bus, and the staff patiently guided us step by step on WeChat. They even sent their housekeeper to find us once we arrived in the village.
The hotel itself is beautiful...clean, cozy, and has a good view. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The staff treated us well, bringing us snacks, bottled water and tea, and even coupons for handcrafted cocktails and a gift of tea. They also helped us when it was time to leave, making sure we found our way back out of the village easily.
Everyone was friendly, caring, and easy to communicate with on WeChat. The location was nice - by the bus stop and close to everything in the village.
We 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

幾個很明顯的優點：
有邊床的親子房非常適合帶娃出行的家庭，洗手枱有高低兩個，小童可以自行洗漱。櫃子的尖角均有防撞保護，安全措施到位，房內佈置深得小朋友喜歡。有需求打電話也是及時滿足，態度很好。
不足的幾點：
大堂休息區不足，免費的就一個凳子，其他可以坐的地方基本都是消費區。
配備的健身房形同虛設，門口隨意擺放了幾台跑步機，有個練操房又臟又亂。
酒店地點周圍啥都沒有，要吃東西衹有點外賣或者打車，雖然直線距離萬達廣場近，實際上路程很繞，衹有打車出行。

非常愉快的體驗！酒店風格很有特色，服務人員熱情友善有耐心，温泉泡晚了自助洗衣烘乾的話要到凌晨兩點，感謝前台給幫忙代勞，第二天早上很順利的拿到了衣服，全程享受五星級服務！温泉很好，水很乾凈，泡完後全身滑滑的~再點上美味的燒烤，在陽台喝着小酒，太愜意啦！推薦！

MM587742****This hotel has a great environment with many Instagrammable spots. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's located right in the center of Kaili, making it super convenient for transportation and perfect for sightseeing itineraries. Next to it, there's an old traditional culture street and a night market with street food. There are also unique local attractions nearby. Every time I come to Southeast Guizhou, I always stay at the Guizhou Cultural Tourism Jiatu Hotel. Maybe it's because of the convenient transportation, or perhaps it's close to the snack street. I'll definitely stay here again next time, haha. During holidays, there are even performances where you can experience traditional ethnic minority culture. The hotel environment and hygiene are excellent. They also have a seafood buffet dinner on the fourth floor, so you don't even need to go out to eat, which is incredibly convenient and fast. I'll be back next time, hahahahaha!

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。

The laundry room boasts three washer-dryer combos, and complimentary laundry detergent is provided for guests. In the lobby, there's a coffee machine, hot water dispenser, and tea bags, all easily accessible.
❤️ **Restaurant:** The breakfast selection is pretty basic but meets essential needs. You'll find congee, soy milk, milk, and fried dough sticks, along with some stir-fried vegetables. They also have freshly made beef noodles and beef vermicelli, which are absolutely delicious.
❤️ **Room:** The rooms are quite spacious. If you get a street-view room, you can directly see the distant lakes, mountains, and the old city district. The bed's firmness is just right, leaning towards medium, offering good support. The shower heats up very quickly, and the water pressure is excellent.
❤️ **Service:** The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and patient. They respond promptly to guests' requests and resolve issues efficiently. The service is very thoughtful.

1. **Poor Soundproofing & Insulation:** The hotel's soundproofing is quite poor. The first problem is that the windows are old-fashioned single-pane sliding windows, so both their sealing and soundproofing are subpar. They let in drafts, which makes the overall room temperature on the lower side. Even with the air conditioning on, it takes a long time for the temperature to rise. If you don't close the curtains, you can feel a noticeable chill near the window. If you close the bathroom door, it gets extremely cold; you can distinctly feel the temperature drop when showering, and the bathroom window also has poor sealing and lets in drafts. Furthermore, despite being on a floor above the tenth, you can still hear traffic and car horns due to the poor soundproofing.
2. **Inconsistent Hot Water:** While the shower gets hot water very quickly, within 3-5 seconds, the sink takes a painfully long time to heat up, about 1.5 to 2 minutes.
3. **Broken Laundry Machine:** The hotel's laundry room has three convenient washer-dryer combos for guests. However, machine #3 is broken; it can wash but not dry. There was no notice, so I assumed all machines were working fine and used it. Consequently, my clothes couldn't be dried, forcing me to switch to another machine to dry them separately. This caused a significant delay and disruption to my travel plans as my clothes weren't fully dry when I had to leave.
❣️ **Summary:** Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The service, location, and bedding were all great. There were just a few minor hiccups. If I come back during a warmer season, I would still choose to stay here. ❣️

Specialty Tea Souvenir: Very thoughtfully prepared.
Minibar: The two coffees provided were a delightful surprise; the latte art was exquisite and they tasted delicious.

GGuest UserThis is a superlative hotel and it’s very sophisticated. The staff is super nice and exemplifies Guizhou hospitality. The staff went out of their way for me and I even got some fruit and a free bottle of wine and given that business was slow. I got a free upgrade very very happy with the room and my experience here. The location is excellent in the views are sublime! The Pagoda / pavilion or illuminated at night. There are many things to do right there and you do not need ridesharing or taxi or anything. I definitely will go back here next time. I am in Guiyang! This is not a superfluous review. I really feel that I lucked out with this hotel and it was more of a luxury experience than a mere hotel stay.

JJifengyishiFirst, let me rave about the service: The butler added us on WeChat beforehand and arranged our itinerary and needs perfectly. Upon arrival, three staff members greeted us with a unique welcome ceremony, and we were taken to every location by electric cart. They were all smiles and responded instantly – the service was truly impeccable!
The facilities were top-notch: We were upgraded to a lake-view hot spring twin room with all-wood furnishings, meticulously maintained, and a private hot spring bath outside the room. The kids had a blast soaking in the hot spring. The dinner included in the room rate (choose between Chinese or Western) was amazing, and there was also welcome fruit, afternoon tea with Pu'er tea, and evening tea. Even the Evian and Ferrero Rocher in the mini-bar were replenished daily – the attention to detail was impeccable. The best part was the fast track to the scenic area, allowing us to enter Huangguoshu Waterfall directly without queuing, saving us a lot of time!
This is truly the pinnacle of Guizhou travel accommodations. We had a wonderful time with our family and children, and we've already made plans to bring them back next time!

YYiheshiyeWe stayed in Guiyang during our Spring Festival road trip, and this hotel was truly the highlight of our visit there.
Firstly, the customer service was incredibly enthusiastic and went above and beyond to help us. They were so patient and accommodating, even upgrading our room so we could enjoy a hot pot experience – we really appreciate that!
The basic rooms are quite spacious with stylish decor and good amenities.
However, considering the price, especially since it's significantly higher than other options in Guiyang, I felt there were a few minor shortcomings:
The hotel's upkeep seemed average, and while breakfast appeared to have a lot of variety, there wasn't much I actually wanted to eat.
The in-room amenities, like toothbrushes, were fairly basic. Our room was out of shower gel, but it was too late, and we were too tired to mention it.
Due to the season, there were very few activities for children, so we couldn't achieve our goal of having the kids really enjoy themselves at the hotel.

The room was nice and I slept very comfortably. When the front desk heard that there was no breakfast in our room, they immediately gave us two breakfasts. I thought the breakfast was quite satisfactory, but the children especially loved the glutinous rice. They actually ate two bowls of it in the morning. I ate one. Bowl of specialty rice noodles. Guiyang is a tourist city during the summer vacation. There are many people staying here, so the breakfast supply can't keep up and is a bit messy. The service in the hotel is very good. I forgot the name of the lady who stored the luggage at the front desk. I remember she said she was from Tongren. The children liked her very much. When we were waiting for the online taxi to go to Huangguoshu, we chatted with her for a long time and introduced many interesting things. place. Although the hotel facilities look a bit old, they are quite clean and the overall configuration is good. There is a swimming pool and a cooperative gym. It's the water in the swimming pool. In summer, maybe because there are so many people, the water quality is really not good. The gym is pretty good, with basically all the fitness equipment you need. What’s commendable is that there are even fitness instructors to guide you, which is something that many hotels can’t achieve.
