Waste of you money if you think to put a dollar in that trash hotel! No service, old furniture, bathrooms with everything damaged and broken!

The hotel offered a very complete lunch and dinner selection. It wasn’t extravagant, but it had a good variety and quality. The concierge service was excellent — very friendly and always attentive to any needs. As for the location, it was close to the light train, which was very convenient, although not quite as close to the Old City. The bar service was not great. Most of the time there was no one there, and the selection was very limited.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. The food needs a lot of improvement It wasn’t that tasty and wasn’t that varied.

The street noise was loud. Next time I'd like to have a quieter room on the opposite side.

Great customer service at this clean and well maintained hotel! The internet worked flawless and the staff are very friendly and helpful! I had the breakfast buffet which was all you can eat and it was really pretty good. I would definitely stay here again for the price!

Mediocre hotel, lack of parking which might create a problem, Parking in the distance and in blue and white (paid parking). The food is reasonable minus and was missing and ran out even though we arrived on time it was not available and in addition some food were before the end of the meal. The floor in some parts of the cafeteria is crooked and things spill and it's hard to eat there. The room was clean and tidy to a good standard, the fridge was broken and crooked. I think that the price is reasonable. The lobby - is quiet and pleasant Excellent location near Kiryat Moshe light rail station. On the other hand the hotel is located on the main road with noise at night

* WARNING* DO NOT BELIEVE ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE. This place is a run down dump in urgent need of a full refurbishment! 4* Hotel? More like 1* Motel. The room we stayed in was filthy with stains all over carpets and blood, nails and hair under the bed sheets! The wood cladding and grout was mouldy and beds had seen more bottoms then a park bench, making them lumpy and hard. With all this in mind the staff at the desk did their best to help and offered us a refund (Which we took and ran for the hills) If you live in a mud hut this place might just do, but if not AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I stayed at Prima Park 5/12/22-5/18/22 and the staff made it feel like home. This was my first time in Israel and I'm glad I picked such a great place to stay. I have asthma and when I advised the front desk I smelled smoke in my room Naveen quickly moved me to another room and apologized (although it's definitely not her fault that guests break rules). I really appreciated her quick response and friendly demeanor during every interaction. All the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

I spent two weeks here. The service was very good. Morsi was extremely helpful and welcoming, Every hotel needs a manager like him. Nadya helped us a lot with train bus and transportation recommendations. Stephanie at the front desk was warm and helped with our meal requests. All the staff was courteous. Our rooms were clean and the TV screen even said “Welcome and your name.” Also the staff called our room after we had been there 30 minutes to see if everything was in order and if we needed anything. The breakfast and dinner meals were delicious with LOTS of food choices to pick from. All the food was very fresh. Each room had a safe for valuables. I would stay there again for sure.

El Prima Park Hotel es, honestamente, un viaje en el tiempo. Es un edificio antiguo y se nota en su estructura, pero lo compensan con una limpieza impecable; se nota el esmero del personal por mantener todo en orden, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Es un hotel con 'justo lo necesario'. Diría que es una opción aceptable para una estancia de máximo una semana si lo que buscas es un lugar base para dormir. Sin embargo, la relación calidad-precio no es la mejor; se siente un poco elevado el costo para el nivel de modernidad y servicios que recibes a cambio. Donde realmente pierden puntos es en la gastronomía. La comida me pareció muy deficiente y, para colmo, excesivamente costosa para lo que terminas recibiendo en el plato. Mi recomendación para futuros huéspedes: aprovechen la limpieza del hotel, pero salgan a buscar mejores opciones afuera para sus comidas.
