Well located to lakes and the grounds are quite lovely. That’s all the positives I can say. The major down fall for our stay was the people that ran the place. They are openly ride, make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. The manager was often reading her book when guests had to interrupt with questions and she would roll her eyes. Every time I saw a guest ask the manager for something the answer she gave was a simple ‘no’. Our group was chastised when we decided to eat breakfast one morning outside rather than in the small, hot eating area they offer. For me the biggest gripe is when I asked reception to look at the fridge in our room as it wasn’t cold and she told me it wasn’t a fridge it was a cool box. The room is advertised with a fridge and in all my travels have never heard of a cool box connected to power. An ice box for camping yes but surely a cool box connected to power is a fridge and should stay cool. We did not enjoy our stay here and don’t recommend you stay here either

We had a Nice stay at this hotel, the reseptionist was kind and helpfull.
5 min. Drive to the entrence of plitvice lakes.
Our room was cute and everything was very new and clean.
the hotel is located in a valley surrounded by mountains, which gives the hotel a very nice view from the shared terrace. especially if you enjoy looking at the moon and stars in the evening.
The pool looks clean and there is a sauna - but We did not try it. (Make sure to book the sauna if u want to do it)
Breakfast was okay - but a Little bit expensive.
The shower and toilet was all new and very Nice.
We loved the stay.

We enjoyed the unique style of this property -it was quaint, quiet and the beautiful greenery and landscaping made it a cozy place to relax. The stones in the parking lot made it more challenging to move our heavy luggage. For the price we paid, we would have liked more breakfast options that weren't so starch/bread heavy, as I am gluten-free and my boyfriend has diabetes. There were a lot of desserts/cereal/breads, but couldn't have any of them and I'm not a fan of having cured meat and cheese for breakfast. Other than that, this is definitely a stay worth considering!

Super simple and basic accommodation, staff at check in provided useful information, other staff didn’t provide caring customer service.
WLAN super slow, staircase to room super tight.
No restaurant like the description said, plus sauna is an extra charge of 20€/h, jacuzzi didn’t exist anymore.
It was ok for staying one night, but please change the description.

We booked on *******. We stayed here as it had a higher hotel rating. When we checked in we were shown to a small outdoor building in centre of the parking lot. Cars were parked on all sides. When we went into the building it was a small room with a small table and very narrow spiral staircase going up to twin beds. You couldnt take luggage up. The bathroom was off the front door. The toliet was not attached properly to floor and shower was the same. When we used them water leaked on the floor. There was hardly any toilet paper or towels. We could hear people all day and night as they were coming and going in parking lot (where our room was). we just made the best of it.

We thought we would arrive in a warm nice small hotel. But the people at the reception were very cold, real businesswomen. The room is ok, but basic (we slept under the roof) Drinking something at the pool is very expensive (more expensive than a lot of hotels in Croatia). If you are later at breakfast a lot off things are not available anymore. Not a place to go back

Definitely not as pleasing as was advertised. The rooms are much smaller and not as nice as in the pictures and the condition of the stairs was quite literally shaky. To our surprise there was no restaurant at the hotel and the staff was baffled when we asked, despite it being mentioned in the hotel description and the keycard had the opening hours listed. So silly us I guess? What was not mentioned however, was that we could not pay our room with a credit card (which we later found out is highly unusual for this area) and finding a working ATM in this semi-secluded area is a pain. Overall I would not recommend and for anyone looking for accommodation in the area I would suggest choosing one of the nearby slightly more expensive options.

The hotel is in a nice location (close to Plitivce park) and the room was clean however the main lady working at check is SOOOOOO incredibly and unnecessarily rude. I will definitely not stay here ever again especially considering that apparently the hotel right across the street is great. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool but it’s not heated and was so freezing cold my kids couldn’t stay in it for long. There are definitely better options.
