We had a great stay here. Had a room with a king bed and a sofa bed, which was spacious enough for a family of three. The staff were all lovely. Our 4-year old was thrilled by the (heated) rooftop pool. Bed was comfy, internet was fast. We stayed here for proximity to relatives; most guests were business travelers. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, many more require a drive.

LAに来た時はいつも泊まります！部屋は凄く清潔で静か、上下左右の部屋の音は殆ど聞こえません。ホテル内はかなり広くソファーも多く置いてあるので、部屋以外でも過ごす場所に困ることはありません。従業員も多いのでサービス対応も充実しています。円安により宿泊費が上がってしまってるのが難点です が、いつも泊まって良かったと思うお気に入りのホテルです

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Carpeting appears new. The king bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly. Upon checking in, there were four parties waiting with only one desk clerk. He was very nice and acknowledged those of us waiting. Shortly, another agent arrived and expedited the checking in process. This was a plus for me. Venue takes security seriously, another plus for me, with your key card required for access to exterior doors, except main entrance, and elevators. Internet is fast and reliable. Breakfast in the morning was fine and most selections were quickly attended to by staff. Hot food was not so hot, but I understand the challenge in a buffet style system. Our room facing Sepulveda Blvd was noisy, but you can live with it by running the air-conditioning fan, A big positive for this hotel is the free parking which is easily accessed. Restaurants and other necessities, such grocery stores and gas stations, are within a few miles of hotel.

We like the Airtel. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. We were told they closed to the public for a couple years and became a homeless shelter. Admirable, but now that they’re open to the public again they really need to resume the same services they had. No restaurants. No in-room coffee. No microwave. No refrigerator (unless you ask for one and lucky enough to get one of few they have left). Crack in the bathroom sink. Not even an ice-machine, but at least you can bring your ice bucket to the front desk and they’ll fill it for you. It’s evident that they HAVE been working on restoring the place; the room was clean, great pillows, A/C worked fine, but they have a long way to go to regain their “former glory”. Were it not for Gary at the front desk (who did everything in his power to make us happy), we probably wouldn’t be back, but we will return.
