Room was spacious and most of the amenities were in new/good condition! The staff were really helpful and friendly which made our stay memorable ☺️

Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. I sincerely wish you to keep your original intentions and continue to improve. Keep up the good work! 选择这家酒店是一个临时起意的决定，没想到却带来了很大的惊喜，甚至让我在凌晨3点决定加定一晚，并让原本已经订好其他酒店的好友也改定在这里。半夜12点半才到的江门，发现这是一家全新的酒店，地下两层车库有充足的停车位，全体工作人员，包括Jason，Bella，Susie，William，Coco等一众员工都给我们提供了非常welcoming的服务，确确实实让客人感到宾至如归。大堂会有欢迎入住的水果和饮品，干净明亮，房间空间布局合理，敞亮整洁。酒店用品环保又不失高档的感觉，早餐营养美味，让不爱吃早餐的我也吃了不少。工作人员热情、诚恳且虚心聆听客人的反馈，我和家人朋友都认为这个team让我们对铂顿这个品牌攒足好感度。江门本来就是侨都，会有很多来自海外的华人回来探亲，可以说这家酒店这种家庭式管家的模式让人耳目一新且好感倍增。已推荐给身边一众海外亲友。真心祝愿你们保持初心，越做越好。加油！

Excellent hotel, very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast. Great service. Will definitely stay if visit Jiangmen again. 3 areas for improvement - 1. more washing machines and dryers. There are currently only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for the entire building. 2. To consider putting in either 1 more toilet or shower for the 2 bedrooms suite. Currently, there's only 1 toilet and shower in the suite which can sleep 4 persons. 3. There is no nook to hang clothes or towels in the shower area.

酒店設施新穎、保養良好，環境整潔衛生。前台服務熱情有禮，主動升級到高樓層的安靜房間。自助早餐種類豐富，味道不錯。退房時還附送了江門特產陳皮花生，別具心意且美味。整體住宿體驗非常出色，不僅值得再次入住，也會推薦給朋友。

訂了最便宜的雙床房，入住時告知衹能住靠近電梯的房間，而且安排三樓這麼矮，還面向街，本來挺不高興的。誰知道，天啊，這是風景最好的房間吧！窗外開滿了花🌸，還去什麼網紅咖啡館，留着酒店看着窗外的落英繽紛，喝着紅茶，聽着音樂🎵，看書或者工作，都超級心流，絕了絕了。要電腦工作的，拿酒店那房間裏兩個紙巾盒墊着電腦，高度剛剛好。酒店隔音還行，房間還算安靜。一定要選201 301房，絕對是窗外景色最美的
