來嘉興旅遊，酒店訂的家庭房，房間床品包括電視都很棒，前台服務，特別是酒店經理非常好 早餐衹能管飽，但是送了早餐送了夜宵，態度超級好，雖然，夜宵有點雞肋，洗完澡都不想跑下去了。 酒店小朋友超級喜歡，抓了娃娃，第一次抓不到，後來經理看小朋友沮喪，又給了好多幣，服務絕對滿星，性價比超級好 晚上隔壁的ktv非常不友好，晚上鬼哭狼嚎的，擾人睡眠。

Daftar masuk agak cepat. Saya diberi bilik bersebelahan dengan lif, dan tidak mengapa jika saya tinggal selama satu malam. Tidak ada pembersih tangan di sebelah sinki, jadi saya terpegun. Saya fikir ia berada pada tahap yang sama dengan Hanting. Mari kita bincangkan ruang dobi dan gim di tingkat bawah tanah. Kedua-dua ruang dihubungkan bersama. Seluruh persekitaran adalah lembap dan panas. Anda perlu menghidupkan penghawa dingin. Di sebelahnya, terdapat semburan bau air kencing dari longkang. Bilik dobi tidak mempunyai barang lain kecuali mesin basuh. Pembasmi kuman detergen dobi, beg dobi, dll. Saya rasa hotel ini tidak memenuhi piawaian kedudukan Jinjiang Metropolis, tetapi saya rasa ia adalah francais langsung jenama Jinjiang. Lokasinya di tepi jalan, tetapi pintu masuk terlalu sukar dicari. Tiada lampu pada waktu malam dan tiada tanda langsung. Ia gelap dan lorong yang sejuk, suram dan usang. Kemudahan bilik okay, apartment pun sama kan? Hanya ada seorang pelayan di meja depan, dan dia sering tidak bertugas. Terdapat hanya telefon untuk perniagaan, dan tiada pengemasan pada waktu malam.

Finally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view. The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese. Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

辦理入住時前台服務很好，入住時也非常愉快，前台很專業，酒店裡的衞生非常好，非常乾淨，沒有灰塵，壞境很新穎，風格是我喜歡的nis風，有點像回家的感覺，設施很先進很好，健身房，洗衣房都是24小時免費，健身器材都是很乾凈很新，洗衣房還有洗衣液也是免費的細節很到位，位置很方便離銀泰很近，南關廂和皮革也很近，出行非常方便，交通非常便利不遠就是地鐵口，總體來説這次入住的非常愉快，下次還會繼續選擇的 設施：非常新很好 衞生：細節做的很到位灰塵一點沒有 環境：很新穎，給人一種回家的感覺 服務：服務很專業很好

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
