國慶來嘉興看紅船，嘉興別的酒店，價格漲的都很厲害，偶然的機會發現了太平洋假日，一開始以為是洲際旗下的holiday inn，後來發現不是，但是價格很美麗，果斷預訂，對比馬路對面的希爾頓花園700+的房費來説，性價比很高了，酒店大堂略小，不過勝在服務，19樓行政酒廊有免費的下午茶，和宵夜，雖然也就是一些簡單的點心和粥，但是在別的4，5星酒店我還沒看到過，每個樓層都有免費的水可以拿，不光是房間裏的2瓶，房間是歐式裝修，非常乾淨，衞生間有衞洗麗，介紹是1米3的床，目測也就1米2，房間電視可以免費看芒果TV，小朋友很開心，不過最大的問題是，房間插座很少，床旁也沒有，靠近窗口有個插座還是壞的，手機充電非常不方便，僅有的插座還是在寫字枱下面，非常不方便！除此之外，我還是非常滿意的！

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, betul-betul di tengah-tengah Xizha, ia sangat mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana. Apabila saya mendaftar masuk, saya diberitahu bahawa saya boleh masuk dan meninggalkan tempat yang indah itu asalkan saya mendapat pengecaman, tetapi saya tidak mahu keluar selepas saya masuk. Saya menginap selama 2 malam dan tidak pernah meninggalkan Xizha. Anda boleh membeli semua yang ada di dalamnya. Sarapan adalah ***a separuh bufet, cukup memuaskan, ringkas tetapi berkualiti. 來烏鎮一定要選擇住在景區內，不但景區門票可以打折（昭明書舍打八折），內部遊船或者觀光車都讓交通變得超級方便，行李箱在景區內基本都由景區服務枱和酒店接待負責送與提，很貼心！這次住的昭明書舍的標間，很有趣——兩個單人床，分在兩個單間內（每個小卧室都能用門卡單獨鎖門），相當於是兩室一廳一衞，整體設計都很古雅，衞生間打掃的非常乾淨，客廳還有專門喝茶的小桌小凳，配了杭白菊，綠茶和立頓紅茶各兩包。設施方面，唯一有一點欠缺的可能就是房間走廊的燈光會通過沿走廊那個房間的氣窗照進來，睡眠質量不好的小夥伴或者睡覺不能有光線的小夥伴得戴個眼罩。據我瞭解，2樓所有的房型都是這種。 另外，給酒店前台的接單人員比個贊。我因為帶着長者出行，在入住時間前就到了，前台主動給我立刻開了一間已經打掃好的房間給長者休息。離開的時候因為也委託酒店把行李箱送到出口服務中心，順便打聽了下回上海的大巴的停靠點，酒店的工作人員也很熱心的給我指路。總體而言，昭明書舍除了夜間房內用餐基本點不到啥菜之外，其他方面都是物超所值了。 最近要説下地理位置，就在昭明書院隔壁，書生羊肉店後面，不管去水上市集還是大戲台都超級近，酒店門口的觀光車直達幾乎所有的景點，出行很方便。

酒店環境非常好，顯高端大氣，內部院子似花園漂亮，酒店內打掃的一塵不染，地板蹭光發亮，房間沒施齊全智能，還有室內游泳池，餐廳也有中西兩個供選擇，服務員都親切友善，特別要贊下前台服務員小鄒，接待服務細心周到，讓人倍感親切温馨。總之是一次愉快的體驗，已經推薦給朋友們了。
