#好評#對床品舒適度，房間佈局，隔音，房間大小，鄰近活動滿意；离景洪市区有点距离，但是避开拥堵，一路上风景无限好，我们当时是为了离开景洪去普洱，定了这家酒店，意外收获了沿途最美风景。酒店没有电梯，但性价比不错，干净卫生，设施齐全。免费停车也是很方便，酒店后面有个小景点可以拍照打卡。周边吃饭也比较方便，旁边有个市场，比起景洪市区物价真是太便宜了，赞！

二刷西雙版納，上次來野象谷有驚喜，居然看到野象了，這次過來選擇入住了這家靠野象谷的酒店，看評價，都説房東阿姨人特好，很熱情，正如網上説的，阿姨人特好，還給我買了優惠的門票，房間打掃得很乾凈，無線網速很快，熱水是24小時的，房間裏基礎設施設備都有，空調效果很給力，睡得很舒服！

整個莊園超級漂亮，真的有童話裏的感覺，定的菠蘿蜜樹屋二層，房間特別可愛，屋裡真的有棵樹hhh門口還有一個小滑梯，孩子很喜歡玩，還有手作咖啡可以體驗，莊主還找人給現摘了菠蘿蜜，超級甜。點名表揚雅銘妹子，人特別耐斯，溝通特順暢，還幫忙定了徒步的行程，價錢也合適，還負責接送我們到徒步的地點，我們玩的也特別開心，晚上覺得蚊子太多還給了花露水和電蚊拍，美中不足就是蚊子太多了，早飯種類有點少，其他簡直完美！

景洪花腰傣農家客棧是我入住過所有客棧最好的客棧之一，客棧木質結構傣家風格濃郁，客房乾淨衞生，客房分有中、高、低因檔次不同價格也有所不同我們幾個人在此連續宿住了七天選擇了其中兩種房間總體感覺不錯都很舒適。這家花腰傣客棧距離野象谷景點12公里，距離曼掌村也只有幾公里，出行很方便。客棧院落種有樹木花草還有魚池小橋和涼亭走進院就給人很舒心的感覺，看得出來老闆在此下了功夫，院子很大停個十幾輛車沒有問題，老闆娘做的飯菜口味不錯，家有小菜園蔬菜是自己家種的不打農葯無污染純綠色，早中晚都可在客棧進餐，早餐一大碗雞蛋蓋麪才6元錢比外面吃便宜量足。老闆人很熱情我們去時是12月份青棗火龍果正在採摘老闆用這些水果招待我們，在此真心感謝啦，大家都説明年來西雙版納還會選擇宿住這家客棧。

蠻特別的吊腳樓體驗。老闆給升級了房間，住的房間有一扇風景很美的小木窗。民宿在離告莊比較遠的農村，非常原生態，附近是大片火龍果田地，有很多自然村寨，旁邊思茅寨裏有很好吃的米幹米線早餐。建議老闆也多搞一些本地風味的飯菜～離曼掌村較近，但打車也要快20塊錢。熱水好使，洗護也好用，晚上非常安靜，除了交通不是很便利都很好～

PPengguna Tetamu房東小姐姐超温柔漂亮，床特別軟，趴着很舒服。有家的感覺，衞生間也很好看裝飾的，高級感性價比很高，也很適合拍照，坐車方便樓下有個超市。也很安全，樓下有保安，空調很涼快所有傢俱還是什麼都好新，還有桌面音響，很新！顏值超高，我還特意搜了一下四位數的價格，太牛了這家民宿，貼心細緻房間收拾的很乾凈。

PPengguna TetamuOur stay at the Xishuangbanna Maiba hotel was really pleasant and really helped to make our time in the city memorable. The view from the windows and balcony were excellent both during the day and at night. The room was spacious, comfortable and provided benefits such as a washing machine, kitchen, two bathrooms, dining table and two TVs with an account set up to watch a wide variety of content. Apart from all of this, something that really stood out for us staying here was the helpfulness, generosity and professionalism of the staff. Well worth the cost of staying here.

PPengguna TetamuWe could not say enough nice things about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing 10 days which was just what was required after a busy semester at work. The two young ladies and one young man at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind (I only know two of their names, Xiao Luo and Xiao Xiang). They were not over bearing and in our faces ever. They were able to help us with every request we asked for when we wanted or needed something. Having a language barrier was never a problem and they were so attentive to our needs via wechat. They were prepared to help with a driver to any sightseeing you wanted to do. There’s great restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel too. The cleaning staff were very pleasant from the lady around the pool to the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast had two options, noodles or rice congee, it was always served with a great number of side dishes, more than enough choice from cereal, eggs, bread, as well as milk, a number of freshly prepared vegetables. Due to the great breakfast we rarely ate lunch. You just didn’t need to. We rescued a dog while in Xishuangbanna which the reception staff were really helpful with some of the things we needed to do with the dog! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Lying Cloud was definitely a highlight. Great location, clean and modern room with good amenities, wonderful front desk staff, clean and well maintained pool and outdoor area at a very, very reasonable price. This hotel came recommended to us via a colleague and we would highly recommend it to other foreigners and Chinese friends too!

Communicated through messaging and translator app. Cara Yu the lobby manager was very helpful. Jack Huang in the restaurant explained all the food choices on offer and explained the specials. His English was very good. Pool area beautiful and the water was clean. Whole area is well maintained and pool staff were helpful and polite. Did not use the hotel bar but made use of room service, which was prompt.

GGuido MariaLocation is very good: rooms are quiet but close to the Night Market and to an extremely wide choice of restaurants and shops. The ”River view” rooms, despite being on low floors (3rd and 4th), actually command a very nice view of the Mekong river, due to the elevated position of the building. Facilities are new and clean. Swimming pool is not very large but clean and suitable for a pleasant swim. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The hotel perfectly arranged pick-up from airport. Besides free airport pick-up, the manager can provide car-with-driver daily rent service at a reasonable price. He is friendly, willing to give information and tips. Breakfast has a quite limited choice, but for the price you cannot expect much more... As mentioned by some other users, the weight-lifting equipment in the gym is out of order. A small effort on maintenance would improve the service offered to guests. [正如其他的旅客所说，酒店的健身器材有些是坏的。如果能维护一下健身器材，相信可以给旅客更好的住宿体验]

AANASTASIIAНебольшой уютный отель, находится близко к ночному рынку. Номер светлый, вид во двор и на высотные здания. Ночью не шумно. Очень приветливый персонал, помогали с багажом, если у меня были вопросы, всегда быстро отвечали на них через Wechat, это было удобно. Горячая вода стабильно шла, напор хороший. RRahel20The hotel is located a bit out of Xishuangbanna but surrounded by nature. Very helpful and nice stuff. There is a shuttle bus for different attractions like the night market to use for free. Also air port shuttle is provided. Unfortenately the outdoor pool was not usable as they were cleaning it while being here but there is an indoor pool and a gym to use. The breakfast was good. We‘ve booked the executive package which was a bit disappointing as the main food contained of Chinese dishes and barely Western food as we thought might be different in such an international hotel of this category. The hotel seems a bit old but that didn‘t bother us.

HHuangAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！评价酒店已下部门：卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。
