Hotel Kaunti Jintang dengan Gim

Need to extend my stay in Chengdu due to some personal matters. This hotel makes me feel at home and does its best for me. Appreciate the warm hospitality indeed! Strongly recommend traveller to stay in this hotel. The amenities are plenty and I would recommend the night market.

平時工作日，人不多，直接升級成套房了，一共五張床那種，太奢侈了。恆大一貫的暴發户風格，到處金燦燦。硬件還行，對得起這個價格，早餐也還行，對得起這個價格。泳池在隔壁的運動中心，因為和小區公用，所以人很多很嘈雜，更衣室臟得有鹽有味，不建議去了。

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

設施不太新，晚上回來有點晚，前台沒人了，還有個男的睡沙發上，不知道是不是工作人員，房間窗邊有個小門，打開看了是空調外機，不過一個人住還是有點害怕，而且感覺臟臟的，空調感覺很老了缺乏維護，浴巾什麼的有點起毛邊了，燈光佈置感覺不是很科學，寄存行李感覺也很隨意，不過很方便就是了。電梯間煙味很大，這是最糟糕的。不過這個價格來説還是很不錯了，窗外風景不錯，前台挺熱情的，房間內也比較乾淨寬敞，我到得早也讓我提前入住了，早飯一般般，用的餐盤感覺跟食堂似的。

設施：比較新也比較全！ 衞生：大廳房間都很乾凈！ 環境：裝修的也挺好的！ 服務：洗衣服讓給找幾個衣架，服務員表現得很不耐煩，就給拿了兩個！

這家酒店給我留下了極佳的印象。從入住到離店，每一個細節都讓我感受到了酒店的專業與用心。地理位置優越，交通極其便利，無論是自駕還是乘坐公共交通，都能輕鬆抵達。停車也很方便。酒店是獨棟，上樓需要刷卡很安全。客房乾淨明亮，床鋪睡着舒服。設施方面，空調製冷效果好，電視很大。酒店員工的服務態度更是讓我印象深刻。他們總是面帶微笑，耐心解答我所有的問題，讓我感受到了家的温暖，最值得深度點評的是酒店停車在晚都有位置，滿分推薦!

中秋佳節帶父母孩子一同出遊，對私密性要求較高，套房是三間房環繞花園，湯池是一客一水，需要泡湯前會有工作人員現場打掃消毒放水，客房衞生情況大家都很滿意，配有一次性馬桶墊這些衞生用品，天熱三間房冷氣很足。民宿工作人員都很熱情，對各種服務要求響應都很快，雖然寫的非寵物友好酒店，但是需要攜帶寵物的話可以提前諮詢是否可以攜帶，我家寶貝不到3斤交了按金後正常入住。

很滿意的一次入住，定的普通房間，因為説明瞭要住幾天，前台給我免費做了升級，房間很寬敞，沙發很舒服，床墊睡着也非常舒適，和我家的床差不多，雖然是住的酒店，但是給人的感覺相當美好，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，前台大廳的格局給人很好的感覺，在魚池邊遊蕩忍不住拍了幾張照片，真的讓人賞心悦目，性價比真的高，很贊👍

酒店給我有一種家的感覺，服務又周到，服務意識很高，休息、學習、娛樂、餐飲一應俱全。服務人員也是形象好、氣質佳、素質高，打電話到（前台），工作人員非常的貼心，普通話標準，很專業，到店前有致電到酒店進行周邊景點的詢問，工作人員非常貼心的進行解釋，非常舒心。客房很整潔，床品柔軟舒適，城市景觀映入眼簾。酒店的早餐也是非常好，非常豐富，服務人員動作都很麻利。

必須要給酒店5星好評，首先整個酒店的風格我很喜歡，位置很好找，交通非常便利，不管是前台、客房還是餐廳，所有服務人員的態度都非常和善，很友好，有任何需求都會積極迴應，房間也很滿意，床品是真的很舒服，而且隔音很好，很安靜，睡了一個好覺，還記得一個小插曲，第二天要開會，早上走得匆忙，開會資料忘記帶，當時真的很着急，給前台打電話，莉莉第一時間幫我在房間裏找到並親自打車送到我手裡，心裏真的很温暖，下次來金堂，首選一定是這家。
