Spacious and pleasantly decorated room equipped with modern facilities.

It’s located in a very convenient location that close to the show’s theater, I mean walkable. And many restaurants are around it, no worries about dining or drinking. The hotel is also quiet cleaning as much as meets a Japanese’ expectations. The staffs are super friendly, feel free to ask them any of assistance if you needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Highly recommended. Definitely I will be returning again. Natsume

Great location - near the Jiuzhaiguo site. Warm and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Breakfast was simple - porridge, buns/man tou, soya drink and sweet potato. Some issue with Trip.com which featured the room we booked has swimming pool/bathtub in the room while there was none. The receptionists were very kind and upgraded us a room with bathtub. Suggest Trip.com correct the room features. Otherwise such misunderstanding will occur. Receptionist recommended us to a nearby ******* restaurant. The BBQ lamb was excellent. Hot pot yak is average - expensive and not much flavour. If going to Jiuzhaiguo in winter , suggest use heat pads for hands and body. It’s very cold - minus 4 degrees Celsius while we were there. Hualong mountain and JZ - truly a breathtaking sight in winter. It’s a winter wonderland! Must see at least once in a life time.

We chose this boutique hotel because of the in room hot spring and it did not disappoint. There is a free shuttle from 730-10am to the valley park attraction. To come back to the hotel after the attraction visit, take a taxi for about 30-40 yuan per car or car pool taxi at 10 yuan each.

Hotel is near to the romantic jiuzhai show and close to eateries. Breakfast is average as varieties of food is limited. Smart toilet is not working well.

The service we had from the front desk staff was fabulous. Even though we only spoke English they were so great. They were very welcoming, friendly, and tended to all our questions with enthusiasm. They also helped us book transport back to the railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing lacking for us was air conditioning. The location of the hotel is great, close to all of the restaurants and things needed. The park is a short ride down the road. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Kuobo!

非常好的一次入住體驗，進川西第一晚深夜還沒能及時到達，電聯前台接待員温柔接聽，還貼心考慮到我們幾家人的人員分配入住房間，免費升級（），有問必答還建議我們怎樣購買景區門票和推薦本地人最常去吃飯的地方（扎西藏餐），房間很有民族特式，設備也很好，已推薦給準備來九寨溝遊玩的朋友了。

從成都來九寨溝，訂了這家酒店，最開始是因為有湯池可以泡澡才訂的，入住後發現真的很值，酒店大堂是藏式風格，有免費穿藏服體驗，可惜行程太趕，不然穿藏服在酒店內拍照也挺有意思。房間內設施齊全，裝修風格也很喜歡，房間很大，有一個泡澡的池子，中途還泡了個澡哈哈哈，去掉了一身班味。第二天早上去九寨溝的時候酒店司機送到景區門口，白天行李寄存在酒店，傍晚在回酒店拿行李，最後坐汽車離開九寨溝。很愉快的旅程，感謝
