Hotel Jiuzhaigou dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

It’s the Zhenjiang Guan shuttle bus pickup and drop off point…very convenient for F&E travellers. Hotel is old but well maintained. It offers very good personalised services. Our stay includes welcome fruits, free medicine pack for leg soak and also traditional wear experience. Cons: the bed was too hard for me, the breakfast was not appetising and hotel guests smoked everywhere.

可能我對這酒店期望太高吧，所以有點小失望。首先，這酒店改名了，沒通知我，到那裡時已經是晚上十點多了，又累又餓的，還兜了一大圈，看不到這酒店的名字，走進去問了才知道這酒店是改名字了。給我配了lobby 對面的房間才知道是沒電梯的。我房間在三樓，可能我要求是要安靜的房間吧，結果爬樓梯爬了三天兩夜。可以想象，帶行李，走九寨溝景區後，回來時還要爬樓梯的感受。浴室裏也沒吊或放衣服👚的地方，很不方便。床裏的熱墊有問題，通知櫃枱，也很快就解決了，其它的都好。

因為有的忙，這是一個遲來的好評@服務管家肖玲。從河西走廊轉甘南自駕回成都，遇見了九寨最美的秋天，驚歎之餘趕緊給家裡長者搶了來九寨的高鐵票。謝謝管家肖玲，雖未謀面，但是細心周到的服務讓我很是感動，聽説是位美麗的藏族姑娘，對兩位長者照顧有加，還給到長者家漂亮的藏服體驗！保利新九寨景區直通車可以直達，看點評説內部裝修有些過時了，但是我爸很喜歡這樣的實木大理石風格～總之，長者家很是滿意，謝謝酒店周到的服務！

แนะนำที่นี่อย่างมากค่ะ ทำเลดี ใกล้สถานีรถบัส เพียง 200 เมตร มีรถไปส่งที่หน้าอุทยาน มีอาหารเช้าหลากหลาย อร่อย ห้องพักอุ่น กว้างสบาย ห้องน้ำใหญ่ มีผลไม้กับนมเปรี้ยวให้ในห้อง

Booked this hotel on a whim as I had to stay in Jiuzhaigou unexpectedly. The hotel is fairly close to entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance, about a. 30 minute walk. There isn't much around the area except for a convenience store. The staff is pleasant and the lobby of the hotel looks great. The breakfast provided was basic but there was some variety and it was delicious. The room is an optimal size but the bathroom was fairly small. There is Wifi and cable TV as well as a AC/heater that kept me warm. There was hair from previous guests in the corner of the room and the shampoo/body wash and especially the toothpaste could be of better quality.

The breakfast was fine. Location is great, 15 minutes walk to the park entrance. It’s not bad for its price, but cleanliness and services could be improved. The hotel room was really dirty, drops on the floor in the toilet, awful carpet, streaks and stains everywhere on the furniture and on the sink. Also, the hot springs are not working, never saw anyone there and didn’t want to try myself because of the appearance of the water. Despite the information here, there is no laundry service.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is a bit isolated from shops or restaurants. However the in house restaurant food is quite delicious, we had our dinner there. The hotel is old but clean, customer services is very helpful. Give 5 star rating for the receptionist 小秦 and 小徐 from the restaurant who gave extra miles to made our trip smoothly all the way.

Our second time in this hotel 😄👌 Only 10 minutes away from Jiuzhaigou valley scenic area, you can book he room with transportation to and from the valley. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are clean and comfortable, you can't hear any noise from the road once you're in the room. Breakfast is Chinese cuisine, you can also find bread, butter and coffee 😋🍞🍳. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful, dealing very efficiently with foreign passports.

Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.
