WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

DDianna Itunin GaoThe hotel is beautiful, looks and feels brand new. I loved the local culture influence on the design. The staff was very professional and helpful. The environment is beautiful and clean. The location is great, there are many good dining options around. We got the voucher for the photography session and were super happy with the results! The photos ended up amazingly and we ended up buying much more than we planned to😂
I have 1 point for improvement which is the breakfast. For 5 start resort hotel such as Hilton the choices were quite limited. For eggs part there were only sunny side up. No option for omelets or even scrambled eggs. For the veggies section as well, very dull. No cucumber or tomato even. This is the most basic things in my opinion for a resort hotel of such level. After I asked the restaurant manager for some cucumber and tomato they brought me a nice plate, but I think this shouldn’t be asked for, it should be available for all.
Overall we had a great stay and experience, hope my notes will be addressed. Thank you!

PPengguna TetamuI am not the type of person who usually leaves a review unless I am really impressed. Also, my mom, who traveled and stayed with me at this hotel, told me to give this place a good review and a 5-star rating because of the great experience we had.
Even before we arrived, I contacted the hotel to make sure which type of room would fit all of us, and to ask about the weather and what clothes and items we should prepare.
We also asked them to make sure that the taxi driver who picked us up from the station was safe and had a work permit.
All of our messages were replied to within seconds or minutes.
During our stay, they provided a lot of free mineral water bottles, which was very important for us, so we never ran out of water.
They also provided very good and complete amenities.
On the first night, the floor heater in our room was not working, so they gave us an additional large heater, which made the room very warm and comfortable.
They also provided drop off and pick up service to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, which really helped us, so we didn’t need to walk about 800 meters to 1 km in below-zero temperatures.
They even helped us book a taxi when we were going back to the station. Although they missed our request for a bigger car (since there were four of us with big luggage), I understand that it was difficult to find that kind of car at that time.
The driver who took us — I’m not sure, who he is, but I think he is the boss (since the staff, asked lots of questions to him)— could speak English quite well and understood us even though we spoke broken Chinese.
They also gave us a late check out at 3pm
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying here. They treated us not just as guests or customers, but really cared about making sure we had the best experience while visiting Jiuzhaigou.
The only downside of this hotel is that the bathroom is a bit small and there are no hooks to hang towels or clothes. However, this was not a big issue for us at all.
I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery modern furnishings with good amenities. They have a free laundry and dryer with detergent for guests. The snacks provided in the room are free as well. There is an entire list of extra stuff you can request for... even eyebrow pencil. The breakfast reminds me of muji lunch set which is very nicely laid out and healthy. The staff are very hospitable and helped us arranged for horse riding and the ride back. They also went the extra mile to get us superglue when our shoes were giving way. They packed breakfast for us as we needed to catch an early train. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and it is short distance to the entrance of jiuzhaigou park.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is on a hill slope with a balcony that boasts a great mountain view. It is worth coming here just for the view alone. Buggies are on-call throughout the day for rides between the hotel lobby, restaurants and hotel rooms. Yes, the place is big.
The only complaint I have is that the hotel is quite stingy with the minibar. I booked a stay for three nights but the minibar is free only once.

Saya sedang dalam perjalanan dengan orang tua saya, dan kerani meja depan, Xiao Ge, mengambil inisiatif untuk menaik taraf bilik saya apabila dia melihat saya. Bilik ini direka dengan baik dan pancuran mandian sangat kuat. Penghawa dingin berfungsi dengan baik dan bilik tidak pernah terasa sejuk. Dua katil sepanjang 1.35 meter memberikan keselesaan dan kelonggaran. Persekitaran bilik agak sunyi.
Restoran ini mempunyai persekitaran sarapan pagi yang enak, rasanya yang enak dan mempunyai pelbagai jenis. Saya memilih untuk makan di restoran hotel selama dua malam ketika saya bersama orang tua saya. Nasi dan sayur goreng yang kami ada pada hari pertama adalah kuantiti yang banyak dan sangat mengenyangkan serta rasanya yang sedap. Keesokan harinya, kami berempat memesan daging yak dan sup cendawan, yang termasuk daging yak, tauge, bunga cordyceps, salad dan hirisan lobak, daging babi rangup, sayur-sayuran hijau dan tauhu kami berempat. Orang yang paling patut dipuji ialah Chef He dari restoran itu, Ibu saya ingin pergi ke restoran untuk memesan air halia kerana dia diserang oleh Chef He dari restoran itu, dia akan membawa kami ke hospital, dan dia membawa kami berjumpa doktor, jadi kami meminta Chef Dia pulang dan tidak menunggu di hospital. Selepas berunding, Cikgu Dia membawa kami pulang ke hotel Kami menawarkan untuk membayar tambang tetapi dia menolak. Kami sangat berterima kasih kepada Guru Beliau atas kebaikannya. Kami sangat terharu dan terharu! Jika kami mempunyai peluang untuk datang ke Jiuzhaigou lagi pada masa hadapan, kami akan memilih hotel dan restoran ini sekali lagi! SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night.
The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin.
This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem.
Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place:
1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture)
2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.)
3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.)
4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel.
5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem.
6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater.
Conclusion:
Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

PPengguna Tanpa NamaMy family had a an excellent 4D3N stay in this cozy hotel! The interior of the hotel is gorgeous with all wooden furnitures. The lounge and the yard are lovely. There is wood fire every night at the yard for guests to relax and keep warm. The receptionist girl and driver are so helpful and friendly. They provide transport to the jouzhaigou national park and pick up service from the coach drop off point.
The room is spacious and designed with furnitures in high quality. I can tell that the owner has put in lots efforts in making the room a comfortable and Joy able stay for the guests.
This hidden gem has all you need and within 500m you can reach a street full of eateries. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuA beautiful hotel with great staff, just steps away from Jiuzhaigou. The receptionist, Xiao Zhu, was exceptionally kind and caring, always checking on us, giving great advice, helping with everything, and even booking a taxi for us. We truly felt extremely well taken care of!
The room was amazing, really comfortable with a stunning view, perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The traditional decor is elegant and full of charm, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!
