Amazing food and service by the ferns staff! The head chef Santosh and Rambhadur and team made really good food, the restaurant manager Narpat was very courteous and made sure we had the best experience at the ocean restaurant, also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Over all very good experience.

FANTASTIC HOTEL To start, the staff here is incredible. Every team member is not only available when you need them but also exceptionally polite, kind, and professional. I can’t praise them enough. Regarding some complaints about noise—if you’re sensitive to it, you might want to reconsider traveling to places like India, or perhaps stay in a remote desert resort. Yes, the call to prayer happens, and it’s actually a beautiful moment to witness. It lasts just a few minutes, and the windows are quite soundproof, so the noise is hardly noticeable. Some of the negative reviews seem unfair and come from people who may simply enjoy complaining. India, or similar destinations, might not be the best fit for them. The food was excellent, particularly breakfast, and the attention to detail throughout the resort is amazing. The staff even accommodated me with a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful. As for the location, it’s perfectly situated near all the sights, and staying in the Old City adds a unique touch to the experience. I also recommend visiting the local café and INDIGO restaurant for some great non-veg (or veg) food. I had a great and comfortable stay here and would gladly return. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Hospitality service was far better than expected. Staff behaviour was professional and polite. Room was as per std. As in photos and spacious, hygiene and roof top view was very mesmerizing as this hotel is situated on foothills of mehrangarh fort, night light view of city visible from rooftop as it is very near to fort. This hotel is at walking distance from the famous ghantaghar of jodhpur ( clock tower) and turji ka jhalara ( step well). Food was good. And check in- out was hassle-free. Recommended for solo and couple travelers

Soniya and Rajashree is very nice. The whole front office team are so nice. they made my stay very comfortable. The stuffs are also very beautiful and the interior especially they are just very nice . The timing of the luggage are good enough and The food was beautiful and nostalgic importantly the view from my room was awesome.

Murughar resort and spa exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay in jodhpur. Nestled in the heart of the city, this resort transports you back to the regal era of rajwada. The ambiance is truly enchanting, making you feel like royalty from the moment you step foot on the premises. The staff at murughar resort and spa deserve special commendation for their exceptional hospitality. They were not only supportive but also exuded impeccable manners, making our stay truly memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. Now, let’s talk about the food - absolutely divine! the flavors were exquisite, and each dish was a culinary delight. I highly recommend trying out the various delicacies offered at the resort’s restaurant. Despite initial hesitations due to misleading information from local rickshaw drivers, i can confidently say that murughar resort and spa is conveniently located, just a short 20-25 minute drive from the railway station. The serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I am beyond pleased with my experience at murughar resort and spa and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to jodhpur. It has certainly become my go-to choice for accommodation whenever i’m in the city. A solid rating of 10/10 doesn’t do justice to the exceptional experience i had - i would give it 100 extra points if i could!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel gives you the feeling that its glory days are behind it. Its quite spacious and rooms are also good. But when the handle of the water jug comes loose and the intercom doesn't work, it certainly gives a run-down feeling. We visited in January when its pretty chilly at nights but there was no geyser in the bathrooms. The hotel couldn't provide hot water either. The staff are pretty aloof in their behaviour. The location of the hotel is good, about 2 km from the Mehrangarh Fort, in one of the poshest areas of the city. So if you get a good deal, I guess you can consider staying here.

The haveli is actually a homestay managed by a lovely couple. The property is lovely, very well kept and managed. It's located in the old city, so some amount of small dirty roads to traverse, but not too much. I cannot overstate the advantages of staying in the old city. Most attractions are within walking distance be it the ghanta ghar, mehenrangarh fort, main shopping area and loads of street food! So location is definitely a BIG plus! The rooms that we got were very very comfortable, simply decorated and modernized. My mum had leg pain due to arthritis and they were very kind to give us a room on the ground floor. However, they have their dining room on the 3rd floor, for which she had to climb. They did offer to deliver the food to her room, so that option exists too. Also, they are doing some renovations to include some more rooms and a lift facility. The food is simply delicious! Simple typical home cooked indian meals that are satisfying. We stayed here for 2 nights and we had absolutely no complaints. The view from their terrace is gorgeous!! Definitely recommend staying here.

SSafwaanThis hotel is like a homestay but the guest area is separate to the family area. There is a nice restaurant on the roof with city view.
The room has a window and balcony and there is always hot water. The host lady would often offer free tea even though there is a restaurant on top.
It's on a hill but literally 5 minutes from Mehran garh and several other attractions. It wouldn't be possible to ever be closer to a major attraction.
The hosts are very helpful with advice on visiting attractions and happy to have a chat as well

It has charm and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the manager. We felt completely safe here and Jodpur and Varanasi were the highlights of our holiday. Amazing views of the fort, fantastic rooftop restaurant called Indigo. Stay here!

PPengguna TetamuHaveli inn pal is not Pal Haveli. Keep that in mind. But they are in same haveli. Different parts. Room no.7 is one you are looking for. Great views of mighty fort. Bit overpriced. Best if you get around 4K. Main thing is location. All famous eateries are near. Allowed us early check in without any hesitation. Friendly staff, at least most of them. So overall decent stay. I reviewed good on Agoda but this bad experience came after our stay ended. On last day we asked for taxi from Jodhpur to Jaisalmer. They said 6K as it is season rate. They said one way is not available. We agreed thinking taxi has to take round trip. Next day they asked us to pay all money to us in advance in cash before leaving. And then while travelling we came to know it was a one way car. Car already came from Jaisalmer, it was on its way back from Jodhpur. So charge is half for such trips. So hotel could have been honest and take less money. But they wanted their commission. This is no good. Left bad impression and this type of things destroys trust of tourists coming from far places to visit these great cities of dignified kings. So you can go ahead for stay but do not book anything external like taxi or sightseeing with them.

The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some games also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings)

PPengguna TetamuThis is the second time I have enjoyed staying at Jee Ri Haveli. Hi***shu and his family were lovely hosts. The Haveli is outside of the old town but the views of the fort from the rooms and rooftop restaurant are spectacular. You are within easy walking distance of everything including the excellent Sardar Market. The rooms are comfortable but not ***y luxuries but this doesn't matter as the beds are comfortable and hot water in the shower!! The food in the restaurant is excellent as well accompanied by the aforementioned view - see photo . They can arrange cars etc for arrival and departure if needed. Hi***shu took us on a wonderful walk through the old town - the blue city- and took us to visit the Jaswant Thada mausoleum and the superb Mehrangarh Fort. We really enjoyed this as he took us to places we never would have discovered on our own , we saw some wonderful murals and we ate the most delicious local sweets and found out the next day we made the local paper! Highly recommended and I would very happily stay here again.

The conference facilities were great, the rooms were excellent and the food was exceptional.
