kami tinggal 3 hari 2 malam. keseluruhannya ok. Kami mengambil pakej bufet dengan harga bersih RM35 2 orang juga. kemudahannya bagus. nak enjoy sangat kolam. Hanya bilik yang mungkin perlu mengatur pembersihan yang mendalam di sudut tersembunyi.

Really like the hotel. Affortable, clean room, and good location with eateries. The room really comfort their guess. Provided good aminities which not many boutique provided as redpine provided. Tv really clear and sufficient channel. Overall room i rated 4/5 Reason i booked at the hotel as it near to the Stadium and JdT provide free shuttle to the stadium. If im not wrong its the only hotel have at the area where shuttle bus provided. What make me mad and give low rating is during check out i was treated REALLY REALLY REALLY RUDE BY the receptionist. When i approached the counter the staff seem didnt like me as im interupting while he was doing his work. Then rudely he ask my room number and then without saying anything and didnt looked at me he return my deposit. Then i just walk away dont want to cause any trouble. ( not all the staff behave this way, check in staff was ok and i guess overnight staff finish work greeted me when she exit the hotel) sorry this is the worst hotel staff that i experience in my entired life. Cant accept rudness so hotel staff i rated 1/10... Will i come back? Definately as the hotel provided good room and surrounding... i just hoping didnt get attended by the same rude staff on my nexr visit to the hotel

Bilik bersih dan lengkap dengan keperluan pengembara. Berus gigi, ubat gigi, air botol, kopi, teh, syampu, pencuci badan, pengering rambut. Hotel ini juga menyediakan minuman alu-aluan percuma, 3 jenis titbits, ais lemon tea, kopi untuk direbut secara percuma. Hotel ini pastinya melebihi tahap perkhidmatan yang disediakan sebagai hotel bajet. Juga, saya meninggalkan alat sedut saya di dalam bilik semasa daftar keluar dan pembantu rumah menurunkannya dan mengembalikannya kepada saya. Saya amat mengesyorkan hotel ini untuk mereka yang mencari penginapan di bawah 100. Nilai untuk wang.

Room and location is decent but soundproofing is horrible. We could hear loud vehicles and rowdy people outside the hotel all night and also voices of other hotel guests. Couldn’t sleep at all and checked out a day early. There were also 2 mosquitos in the room, which added to the discomfort. While trying to watch TV, the volume of the TV kept getting adjusted by another room’s remote. Additionally, while on YouTube, another guest kept connecting to our TV and casting pixelated nude YouTube videos so we couldn’t even watch YouTube in peace. Although we finally fell asleep at 4.30am, the amount of sleep was frequently interrupted by various factors. Firstly, whenever other guests used the washroom or shower, the sound of the water going through the pipes was really loud. Secondly, the air con alternated between warm and cool even though the settings were not adjusted, resulting in sometimes waking up perspiring. Thirdly, the vehicles along the road grew more frequent as time passed, reducing the length of each period of sleep. When checking out a day earlier than planned, the receptionist didn’t try to find out why we were doing so. Adding to the fact that she did not ask further and not wanting to delay our schedule, we decided to leave without giving an explanation.
