Location is superb. High floor, very clean, amenities complete. Had a good smart TV which allowed us to enjoy Netflix while chilling. Service was prompt through WhatsApp. Instructions to access the unit was clear. Carpark was a bit of a maze but the parking lot was in a nice corner near the lift lobby. Would highly recommend this homestay.

Host promptly contacted us for the check in guide via WhatsApp. Self check in via key collection at mailbox. Parking provided. Room was clean and neat. Amenities available for towel, toothbrush, comb, iron, hair dryer. Stay for one night.

The unit is very new and the view from the balcony is great. The service is good but can be better. I was assigned to blk 1-2 which is not convenient for food delivery as the lobby is not visible from the main road and most rider cannot speak english. The water heater is not working well, and we have to shower in cold water. The TV only has 2 channel from Singapore, luckily its a smart tv so we watch via casting from our hp. The mall is very new with few shops running but luckily there's a supermarket available.

Third time staying over here and expectations are still within high reach. Cleanliness, location, amenities and huge room excellent for big groups or family. Definitely will book again in near future and highly recommend to all trip users.

The company was prompt in replies and helpful with guidance to the unit. However, complimentary parking is only available if you booked more than a single room (Two rooms and above). For motorcycles have to park beside the building, parking overnight will result in your bike wheel being clamped and release fee is 30RM. Wouldve been better if parking was provided.

Loved the stay here! The apartment was clean and tidy! Amazing views! Soap, towels and toothbrush were provided! Only thing we wld comment about is that the water pressure was rather low. Other than that, great experience and loved my time there :)

The place is super spacious and nice location! Full facilities, and clean too. Gym and pool are big. Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. If only I can feedback, there was no hair conditioner provided and cannot ask for extra blankets or towels after check in. But overall it was a very pleasant experience ☺️

Convenient lift access, simple self check-in, serene environment… The best homestay experience I ever had. Appreciated the tip-top condition maintained. Every corner clean, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed & sofa, sparkling clean bathroom! Highly recommended, definitely will book again if travel to JB.

The place is very nice and clean. Well equipped and most of all customer service is very responsive and friendly I will go back to stay again! Only down point is the area have so many mosquitoes and you need to bring mosquitoes repellent to stop them from biting. Other than that I’m a happy customer

Clean apartment and easy to self check in. I love the swimming it is big and night swim was nice. Wifi is fast and reliable. Location wise - mall is dead. Had to go to other malls.

The host has kept the place very clean and tidy. All the hygiene necessities were prepared for. It’s a great place for staycay and a quick get away from the daily hustle. Would very likely go back again!
