Ulasan KSL D’Esplanade Apartment by SC Homestay

Isu besar besar semasa daftar masuk terutamanya jika anda memandu. Perlu meletakkan kereta di luar sebelum anda boleh masuk ke kawasan peti mel untuk mendapatkan kad taksiran dan pas parkir. Tiada wifi di sekeliling tidak dapat menghubungi hos untuk mendapatkan kod keselamatan. Berjalan masuk dan keluar beberapa kali ke lobi hotel KSL hanya untuk mendapatkan wifi untuk menghubungi hos. Pas tempat letak kereta mendapat beberapa isu teknikal dan tidak dapat mengaktifkan penghalang. Pengawal keselamatan tidak fleksibel untuk membenarkan kami meletak kereta di dalam terlebih dahulu untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Undur dan letak kereta semula untuk berjalan kembali ke lobi ksl untuk mendapatkan wifi semula untuk menghubungi tuan rumah untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Pengalaman yang sangat buruk, cara daftar masuk yang tidak fleksibel dan menyusahkan. Apartmen pada umumnya ok tetapi lantai tidak dimop dengan baik, terasa melekit. Kita kena mop lantai sendiri. TV yang disediakan sangat kecil, hampir 32 inci, sungguh mengecewakan. Kawasan pancuran mandian juga tidak mempunyai panel pancuran mandian, akhirnya membasahi seluruh bilik mandi dan juga tiada alas lantai disediakan untuk mengeringkan lantai. Lif ke apartmen juga teruk, rasa macam nak rosak bila-bila masa. Pintu lif hampir tidak terbuka sekali dan menakutkan anak-anak saya. Sentiasa berhenti di begitu banyak tingkat tanpa sesiapa yang masuk. Jika anda tergesa-gesa, benar-benar masalah besar. Tidak akan mengesyorkan dan tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi. Cuma lokasinya bagus kerana terletak di atas pusat membeli-belah dan pelbagai tempat makan berdekatan.

Nice and neatly room. Warm decorated. Good for family and friends trip. Next to ksl mall with many foods and shops around. Host very fast response and helpful. Thank you so much

Room is ok, spacious n bed ok. Just tv channels issue but agent resolved fast. There are ants trails from Aircon down to wall, sprayed pesticide that is available n resolved. Overall good to stay. No time soak bathtub

Self check in key collection and return was simple. Bedroom and overall cleanliness acceptable. One of the bed room mattress too big, facing difficulties to open/close door, struggling to manage. Given WiFi connection name but unavailable when we tried to search.

The room is clean and big and the person in charge is very responsive. Instruction on key collection is clear. The building is link to the mall so we don’t have to walk outside to get to KSL.

Very responsive & caring owner. Texted us to travel safe as JB was raining that night. Very clear in communication & given instructions. Unit is very clean & spacious. Strong wifi. Location of coz was a plus point, easy access to everywhere. The only downside was the condo’s lift, waiting time was challenging but if you are not in a rush, I guess that’s ok. Will book again for future trip. :)

No fuss. Convenient location. Hot water and fridge and amenities all good. Very good will come again.

Lift service need to be improved. Bedsheet & towel can be better wash & maintain.

Everything was ok ,easy to collect and return the room key as follow instruction via WhatsApp.before check in few days ago will ask for deposit via WhatsApp (can use bank transfer or paynow).

Stone throw away from KSL city mall. The room is clean and spacious with basic toiletries provided. Room key collection is swift, and response from owner is prompt. Just patience needed for waiting of lift.

Nice and cozy one night stay with family. Owner is quick in response 👍 great location to shopping and eateries 👍

remember to request for more key card as you need it to press the lift button to your floor . especially if returning seperately

Nice location and owner provide very detail instruction on how to collect key and return keys. The place is very clean and spacious. Good for big families

good location and clean apartment, would book again if coming to JB for a stay!
