Booked 11 rooms through Yatradham.org. We informed Yatradham staff that we will be reaching around 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. because the staff at hotel did not attend the phone call. When we reached the hotel at 11 p.m. on 27-02-2025, the rooms were absolutely dirty, uncleaned, bedsheets had not been changed, pillow covers had hairs stuck on them, towels, hand wash soaps and drinking water were not kept in the rooms. We had heated arguments with one Mr. Mohan on telephone as he was not available in the hotel. He said that, at this hour of the day, no housekeeping staff is ready to come to hotel now, hence they will be cleaned tomorrow.

Very nice experience,location of Hotel is very good and the decor is also very nice . You feel good staying in this Hotel . Rooms are also good . staff is helpful Manish Goswami in Front Office is very helpful .Food was simple but very tasty Will surely visit again

We are Going For Dinner Today with Family and Our Special Guest Who will come from Rajkot for Take a Dinner with Us But Our Totally Respect Down Today front of Them due to Very Bad Service in there and delay to Servings Food.There is no proper management in kitchen and Insufficient Staff for Taking order and place order properly. I was visited to very high hotels and restaurants also in Junagadh but i was never feel this type of bad experience. Please visit website for Check review before Visiting There.

Monika mam attend my call and said don't come before check-in time I told with cross question that why your property don't allow early check-in if you have any issues than take more money. Housekeeping staff working in Kitchen, Front Office staff serving you food. MD gave staff leaves in pick season. Water are given after 24 hours. Gajendra, Vijay and Monty are very open up about property owner don't have proper resources to operate also don't have proper train staff. They are highly educated and experienced but they also don't write their experience in resume. Also staff as disappointed with property. I personally prefer you to don't stay in this property. Please don't waste your time and money on this property.
