I will start with positives Rooms 5 Star too good Property location 5 Star too good Swimming pool 5 Star too good TWIST is here Common washroom area too bad smell even washroom area of swimming pool too bad smell Bathroom Room No.207 Water logging due to tiles surface issue STAFF - Total rudeness. no helpfulness, attitude at its worst. even roadside dhaba waiters / worker give respect and value customers. GM was not reachable from 7:30 in evening till morning 11:30(approx) No staff was ready to take any responsibility. No proper response except security guard at Glass door. Even security at main gate not interested to help in where to park car at night while we came back from dinner at different restaurant. Pathetic rules of hotel about meal plans like when you check in you can opt for meal plan later you can't also we wanted to book directly we called 3 times but call was not picked up so we booked through agoda. We paid including breakfast 5800/- + amount but due to some technical issue at agoda end it didn't shown up in voucher so these people was not ready to listen anything and we left without breakfast. booking was done from my wife's phone so booking Id was with her and she was getting ready in room. Asked reception person to provide booking id not ready to give booking id and when forced they provided wrong booking ID. I stayed / experienced many 5 stars like hawthron, taj, oberoi, laxmi vilas, ramada etc but never had such a bad experience. This is just a called 5star. Attitude of staff is not even near to road side dhaba. Highly pathetic. GM was also like when I said him on whatsapp that even you are not replying to message what can we expect from staff. then GM called me when I was on the way to my hometown. Totally wasted 5800/-+ and totally unwanted and nightmare experience.. I would have stayed in budget hotel then it must be much much better.
