We stayed here recently on our road trip from Salt Lake City to Atlanta. Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The check-in process was a bit lengthy with lots of questions and information needed - which has been eliminated at some of the higher starred hotel chains. There is no elevator. The bathroom is dated with a bathtub and shower combo with a shower curtain, but the water pressure and hot water were consistent. The toiletries were very cheap quality. The breakfast was very poor quality food, eggs were runny. Waffles tasted like plastic. Everything else prefab. Pretty much what you expect from a Quality Inn. But it was a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed here for one night during a two-week-long road trip from our home in southeastern PA out to visit Utah’s national parks. As Hilton Honors Diamond members, we are very familiar with Hamptons and have come to rely upon the amenities and features of the brand. This particular hotel met our expectations and served our needs well. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed linens were nice, and our bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. (We do miss having a towel bar at the sink to hang up our hand towels—a common oversight at Hamptons.) There was no bedside alarm clock; neither did the microwave have a clock. The biggest negative here was the highway noise; we were not able to choose our room for this stay and were given a room facing the highway. (A pair of earplugs were provided in our nightstand, which should have been a clue!) The a/c unit in our room was also very loud, but at least it drowned out the highway noise! The hotel’s complimentary breakfast offered the usual options and met our expectations as well. All in all, we had a good stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again in future travels (but not in a room facing the highway). ROOM TIP: Choose an even-numbered room to avoid highway noise.

Room was clean the building itself didn't look real safe. We were to have a floor room and we were told they do not use the bottom floor so we had to use stairs. Husband is on oxygen and we both have bad knees so not real happy with that. Breakfast was only packaged muffin like from a warehouse. OK but would not call that breakfast.
