5大1小全家入住，整個住宿非常滿意，3個衞生間很方便，廚房設施齊全，唯一不滿意的是app上選擇的是5大1小入住，但是發給商家的訂單是5大不包含小朋友，導致額外付了小孩2晚的費用，總共71刀

離海邊咫尺之遙，站在陽台上即可欣賞雪山大海，就位於小鎮唯一的主幹道旁，離公園和超市都不遠，環境很舒服，房間乾淨整潔，需要到隔壁酒店的接待處去拿鑰匙，車子就停在樓下對應的停車位，但是房間裏怕氣味太大不允許烹飪海鮮！

適合家庭出遊

過馬路就在海邊，非常方便…自己煮飯設備也都很齊全…要去旁邊酒店的前台入住和退房…整體來説還是適合親子居住的

酒店設施非常好非常新，步行距離可達小鎮或pier hotel, strawberry tree的龍蝦價格非常貴，和老闆反映後，老闆臉色尷尬，非常不推薦。

Checkin一開始遇到些問題，但後面也順利解決。酒店位置很好，視野也好。facilities也齊全且保持得很乾凈。下次再去還會訂這裏。

We stayed here for 3 nights - arriving via coach from Picton. It was a 10 minute walk to the villa's- which we just about managed with our suitcases - but some may wish to pre-book a taxi or shuttle. The villa is stunning: beautifully furnished - with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. The balcony - with views of the sea & mountains - was perfect for both meals & drinks. 3 days was way too short a stay! We didn't have a car/transport - and discovered it was quite a long (20/25 minute walk) to the nearest convenience store & a bit further to a liquor store. The main supermarket (New world) really needs transport to get to. As we were only there for 3 days - we managed - but some may wish to arrange a taxi from reception if needing to stock up for a longer stay (which we did to get us to our whale watching experience). Also - to walk to the cluster of restaurants was also a 8-10 minute walk. A fabulous place in a tranquil location. Highly recommended.

We had a first floor apartment on the front corner so both balconies had stunning view overlooking the sea front (there is a road between the apartments and the sea front but we didn’t find that a problem at all - slept very well). Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including washing machine & tumble dryer. The apartment is great location if you are booked to go swimming with dolphins or kayaking -offices for both literally a couple of minutes walk away. Also lovely little cinema right next door.

We loved our stay in Apt. 8 which is close to the front, on the top floor with a lovely view. Two bedrooms, bathrooms and open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a lovely balcony, complete with table and chairs. We had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, ironing board, iron, air conditioning in the main living space, heated towel rails in both bathrooms (plus heaters) and a washing machine with separate dryer. There’s Alexas in all rooms, TV, sound system etc. The location is superb, parking is below the apartments in allocated spaces and there was a really useful information folder in the apartment. This was a lovely chance for us to catch up on our laundry, enjoy some home cooked food and explore the fantastic area. I’d definitely book to stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to return!

Perfect location in Kiakoura. Walkable distance to everything but just far enough away for a quiet night sleep. Perfect communication from Sue and a lovely welcome. Lovely and clean apartment with a great view from the balcony. Parking was simply under the apartment and provided rear access. Would certainly stay here again and recommend a stay!

Greatt location right on the beachfront close to the seal colony (a few minutes drive then a 15 min walk )easy walk to town and restaurants . Not much more to add I would definitely stay there again . Crayfish was a must as it’s from Kaikōura and we enjoyed a couple of meals .
