Ulasan Grand Hotel du Lac - Relais & Châteaux

酒店坐落在日內瓦湖畔，距離火車站步行約10分鐘，火車站出來乘坐公交車4站可到，非常方便。酒店法式優雅，裏面放置了很多古董花瓶畫作。

這次入住Grand Hotel Du Lac Vevey非常失望。首先是硬件設施太老化。大湖景房的地板居然凹凸不平，踩上去搖搖晃晃。浴缸下水不暢。早餐服務水準太差。我們訂的是帶早餐的，居然被服務生很不禮貌的兩次確認。我們開車過來的，酒店室外每晚停車費40瑞郎。離店的時候提醒他們修理地板。居然很不在意的樣子。價格是絕對的瑞士五星價格，服務實在太糟糕。真不知道某紅書上為啥給好評。總之不會再來，也不會推薦給朋友。

服務很到位

We like to stay at the Grand Hotel du Lac, it has a great ambiance and a superbe location. Beautiful view from the room (seaview), good food and very helpul and nice employees. We come back!

We stayed for a few days with my son and daughter-in-law. We loved Vevey, the Hotel and particularly the food.

A good hotel, well located on the promenade by the waterfront. We were a family of 10 who had booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. However, the tea bags in the room were not replenished, only a single bottle of water is given complimentary per day per room. By error of housekeeping, 6 bottles of water were left in our room. When I called the desk, they told me - if I open them i would be charged, so I asked them to take the 5 excess bottles away which they promptly did. Left a bad taste in the mouth

We booked a wedding celebration lunch for eight people. At the very beginning we were told that the chef leaves at 13:00 hrs and we need to finish our lunch by then, although we informed the event organizer that the wedding ceremony timing will not allow us to arrive earlier than 13:00 hrs. Extending the timing by 30 min was not accepted, despite my offer to pay extra. So, the canapes for the champagne apero were cancelled. We managed to arrive at 12:20 hrs but this didn't make any difference to the hotel staff. They pushed on with green peas gazpacho to accompany the champagne...No offer for some canapes or at least nuts, as we had time to enjoy the champagne. The meal was substandard on all levels - presentation and quality. All was pre-cooked and of a dubious quality. The tuna tartar was not fresh and presented in a dark plate with some black bread, looking very unappetizing. The beef fillet was OK but accompanied by one semi-sautéed carrot. The cheese seemed that it consisted of leftovers from a previous party and the dessert was fit or a school cooking exercise. There was nobody to meet us upon arrival, we didn't see a singe smile and a sign of welcome. The staff were in a hurry to get rid of us. We paid for two reserved parking places, as one of the cars brought a disabled person in wheel chair. When we arrived there were no parking places reserved. We needed to maneuver the wheel chair in the rain around a smelly delivery truck, which was plugged in to charge its batteries exactly opposite the disabled lift. There was nobody from the hotel staff to help. The hotel still charge the parking fee. Absolutely appalling experience! This is not a five star hotel!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

If you are looking for a very friendly, welcoming, "old grand-hotel" style place next to the lake, you are at the perfect place. The hotel feels very private & relaxing.

The most wonderful Mother’s Day Lunch. The greenest of grass, peonies and hydrangeas complimenting the soothing sound of the waterfall and the lake view dappled in sunlight. I felt transported to Wonderland. The menu was outstanding. A four course wonder by a very talented chef and kitchen with local earthy touches such as nettle stuffed pasta with ricotta and fresh asparagus to beef Wellington with wild garlic. The service impeccable and attention to detail on point. To take a little time, enjoy a glass and watch time trickle through the Looking Glass was just perfection. Be back soon.

Blending the tradition of a grand hotel with current times. The hotel is in an excellent state, the location great and the staff outstanding.

Wonderful hotel, very beautiful, large rooms, comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and sincere. Cleaning is thorough and fast. Special thanks to Yulia and all the waiters. We were checked in earlier than expected. When we arrived, everything was already prepared for my children in the room - beds, a bathtub with a thermometer for the baby and a trash can for diapers. There was also food and wine prepared for us as a compliment. The hotel provides a card for free travel on public transport. The restaurant is delicious and there is a children's menu. We liked everything so much that we will definitely return in the summer.

Grand Hôtel Du Lac is really nice. The hotel is amazing. The place is beautiful and charming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The team is friendly, courteous and professional. Very welcoming. The amenities are fantastic. Great place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Du Lac. It’s in a wonderful location right next to the lake. The staff were great! The room itself was gorgeous and comfortable. Lastly, dinner was super delicious. I highly recommend staying here. It was well worth coming to Vevey, and especially this hotel.
