We got there at 2pm and the parking lot was completely empty,. We thought ”ohh good, our room should be ready by now”. We went inside to check in and the front desk lady said our room won't be ready until 3pm. She didn't even check with any cleaning staff people to confirm that they had no rooms available. We find that very strange as I would think they would have cleaning staff on in the mornings and would have cleaned some rooms by that point, not everyone checks out late at noon. It was just every annoying to have to sit and wait in our car for 1 hour with a 5yr, after travelling for so many hours. We'll definitely think twice about staying with Holiday Inn Express in the our future. We travel a lot, both with our jobs and leisure and have never seen a hotel so strick with a 3pm check-in time.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were top notch. Internet and facilities excellent. Breakfast buffet was very nice, especially the single serving omelettes. I would especially like to voice my appreciation to the breakfast manager and the young, special needs young lady who helped resupply and cleanup. The supervisor was an excellent mentor, and the young woman was a happy, bright light!

The room was spectacular and the best part was enjoying jaccuzi with the little fireplace in the corner giving me the best vibes i could ask for. It was such a relaxing weekend for me and my partner. The staff at the front desk was very professional and friendly. They were at our service all the time. The housekeepers were friendly too. The breakfast had a lot of varieties byt my favourite were the freshly made pancakes voming directly out of the maker. I would definately go there again whenever i want a getaway from the usual routine.
