"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room has everything we need for a one night stay. We spent sometime in the gym for fitness training. The pool was not open since it is not summer yet. The check-in and out process were swift and the parking is convenient. The hotel is located conveniently at a quiet street where we can reach the main streets and restaurants by foot distance. One thing to note is that we could not find a water dispenser on our floor. We had a nice breakfast in the main streets and visited the BC wildlife park."

"The room was spacious and comfortable for three adults and one child. It was equipped with kitchenware, allowing for simple dining. The entrance door required considerable effort to open, and the bathroom lock was broken, making it difficult to use. Hair was stuck to the side of the shower curtain where it met the wall, making it difficult to use. The air conditioning was effective, adjusting the room temperature quickly."
