It was a peaceful place with good hospitality and the scenery through the window was very relaxing. Staff was very flexible and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient with relationships of the work attended. It is very close to all the required government organization and also religious places a traveller would like to visit.

First of all, we were the only occupants of the hotel, which we thought was a bit strange now that it has such good reviews. Our toilet could not flush for 2 days, after they had said they had fixed it all 3 times. The owner of the hotel breathed on our necks, followed us around and made us uncomfterable. We couldn't eat breakfast without him watching every bite we took. He was always asking where we were and going and wanted a picture with us, and asked for our privat phone number on whatsapp. We don't know if the experience was due to the fact that we are 2 young white girls, but it was not pleasant!! No recommendation from us at all!

Small hotel in the Kandy city. Walking distance to the center. The room had a wide glass window to the ceiling in one side to get a great view of the hills. They offered either English or Sri Lankan breakfast and prepared upon order, not buffet. Very basic. Overall it's okay compare to price. We took it for 1 night stay only.

The room was very nice. The staff is very helpfull. Worth for money. Highly recomand the food is tasty. From period check out is very very happy time. Again i would like to recomand oak ray city hotel for your vacation

We were there only one day before to take the train to Ella. But was enough to feel like at home. Bandara, tha manager was very helpful with us and very good host. Rooms are incredible, are new and clean. They have their own restaurant where you can eat typical dishes very tasties. Thank you.

The staff were incredible! Manage Bandara took care of us. The room was big and very clean, with views of the mountain and city. The breakfast was excellent too. We had a tasty meal at the bakery in the same restaurant hotel.

We had a great stay at Oak Ray City Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and included all the amenities for a luxurious stay.Mr.Bandara and the team took care of us during the entire stay and even made us feel at home. They are very flexible and the staff are not hesitant to accommodate any early check-in or late check out request .This is an ideal place for anyone to stay in Kandy with many attractions near by. The hotel provide great accommodation and it is definitely worth for the money you pay.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Kandy.

Me and my wife stayed at oak ray city hotel on 13th October. They gave us really good service from check in till check out. Met a friendly manager.Mr.Bandara.So,thanks for giving us so many memories Oak ray city hotel,Kandy. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights at Oak Ray city hotel and our experience exceeded our expectation.The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff took care of us and treated us really well.Special thanks to Mr.Bandara for the immense support and care given during the entire stay.The hotel is well suitable for any traveler who is visiting Kandy for a short stay and the hotel is in close proximity to many of the important location sites.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy!
