W15 Hanthana Estate Kandy

這個酒店管理問題很多：（1）歧視中國客人，我們八月就付款了全款預訂元旦房間，不允許退款，不支持改簽；但是臨入住前兩天突然告訴我們沒房了，把我們安排到半小時以外的King Pavilion ；（2）毫無時間觀念，要求十一點半吃飯，早上點菜，十二點才能吃上； 酒店環境非常好，酒水免費，三餐全包，就是服務太差。

The location is a dream! Although there is nothing around it, you can find all that is needed at W15. The whole property is really elegant and perfect for disconnecting. You can simply sit in any corner and enjoy the beauty of the nature. The service is amazing, really attentive and always helpful

We had a wonderful family stay at W15 Hanantara. The property is located in an enchanting position on the highlands surrounded by tea plantations. The Villa and the rooms are furnished in a very elegant colonial style. It is the perfect place for a moment of relaxation during a tour of Sri Lanka or as a base for visiting the area. The staff was exceptional, the manager Sidath is attentive to all the details. The activities with the naturalist Bhanuka were very interesting, I especially recommend the sunset drive with the delicious cocktails from the barman Manjula! Highly recommended.

I started to planning to visit Srilanka in January 2024. I had been looking for good hotel in Srilanka for 2months. I searched various kind of information such as website, SNS, and trip articles. And I finally decided to visit w15 in kandy. I sent many questions to this hotel before reservation. He always answered my questions kindly. And We stayed 3nights. When we arrived, everyone welcomed us so much! Smiling, warm feeling was so beautiful. I got welcome drink and hi-tea. It was so delicious. Every meals taste so good. The atmosphere in hotel is so quiet and romantic. Especially night time, This trip was anniversary one so hotel set up the special dinner for us! And all activities were much fun. I chose rock bar, cooking class, excursion to temple and tea factory. All of them were very good experiences for me. Especially rock bar is highly recommended! It is so special. And I recommend to see sunrise.it is so beautiful. All staff was very kind and took care of us so much and housekeeping and cleanup room is perfect. I have many experiences to stay ingood hotels. And W15 is No.1 destination,I think. Such a nice and relaxing experience at the W15. From the minute we arrived, we felt at home. The staff is amazing, efficient, discreet and so kind! The food is incredibly good should you ask for Sri Lankan food or more western food for the kids for example. The swimming pool and garden are so peaceful. We enjoyed as well the high tea with the beautiful view. We highly recommend to stop there and wish we would have stayed longer!

Wonderful property with amazing staff and service, delicious food, and great experiences with the surrounding scenery of the tea plantation and outside of the city of Kandy. Our butler Hastha took great care of us and helped create a special anniversary dinner in a beautiful separate location on the property under the trees. They had great attention to detail picking us up from the train station with refreshing welcome drinks and hand towels. It was a beautiful experience.

Sidath and the team at W15 Hanthana ensured we had an experience that would be the pinnacle of our highlight strewn tour of Sri Lanka. The property is divine with a breath taking outlook the background for meals, cocktails and lounging. The rooms are perfectly appointed, each with their own distinct flavour. Perfectly private with the staff respectful, attentive and discrete. The gardens are a great mix of manicured spaces and some allowed to express their tropical wonder. A perfect stay for a couple, group or to book out the entire property for the party venue of a lifetime!

This was my second time at W15 and everything was as good as the first time. The staff is super friendly, helpful and professional. I stayed with my parents and my newborn in room 3, which worked perfectly for all of us. They provided a large baby crib which you could open on the side to have it bedside, so it was really easy to go to this hotel with a newborn. We came to relax and enjoy the greenery and the nice hikes around the estate. The food is super and they make it so easy to just enjoy your time there. We had the pleasure of being serviced by Sheriff, Niroshan, Tharaka, Manjula and Upul - thank you all for amazing service!

We just got back from the most amazing weekend at W15 Hanthana. Picture perfect views of the mountains, wonderful food and exceptional hospitality is what you can expect during your stay. Thank you to Mr. Sherif (our very own Sri Lankan Aladin) for going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was extremely special. He was flexible and fulfilled all our requests without any hesitation.The rest of the team was just as friendly, professional and welcoming. We cannot wait to be back here.
