I had a wonderful evening at your hotel in Kandy. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. The menu had a good variety of dishes to choose from, and everything we ordered was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Kandy.

W15 was a fantastic experience that it's even hard to put into words. We came for 2 nights and everything was flawless and outstanding: the views, the room, the music, the food, and most specially, the people and the amazing hospitality. Since we arrived, Sheriff, Tharaka, Hastha and Premod were truly professional, kind and would solve anything we asked for. They never gave us a ”no” as an answer. Even when my husband asked if by any chance there was anyone who could get him a haircut in the hotel, they did everything and managed to find a hairdresser from town to come and cut his hair. Other examples: I asked if they had apples, and instead of giving me a ”no” as an answer, they went to get some. I asked if they had dry cleaning service and they coordinated everything so they could send it to a speciallized place in town. We have so many other examples in which they were always making their best to delight us, and they succeeded, exceeding all of our expectations. The property is simply beautiful. You almost feel like you're in a retreat. We were lucky we had to do ”homeoffice” so we had the opportunity of staying in the hotel the entire time and enjoy the calm and feeling of being at home. Nice place, clean, very helpful and service minded staff and a nice rooftop pool. Breakfast was tasty and quite large, perfect before a train trip to Ella. Only minus was that the AC was acting a but strange, and the room had no windows facing outside. So the night time was hot, and it was a bit difficult to sleep well. Might have been bad luck.

打開房間一股黴味，因是景觀房，外立面為幕牆，窗子不能開，須空調全力開啟半小時後黴味才逐步消散。 位置離山頂不遠，遠離康提湖，樓頂觀景台也看不到湖。設施還可以，服務態度還好，食物味道贊。 總體不推薦。

We popped into the cafe on the ground floor here for tea after a stroll along the lake. Having stayed a few years ago we knew the hotel. We ordered tea and asked to see the menu which was given to us by the new chef. I had nasi goreng and my wife seafood noodles. The food was absolutely excellent, cooked to perfection. A real find this for the very enjoyable food and definitely recommended! Service was also warm and friendly.

كانت تجربة ممتازة من ناحية الإستقبال وحُسن الضيافة والإستقبال والفندق ممتاز من ناحية الغرف والإطلالة على البحيرة ولكن الأكل بالنسبة للفطور ماهو بالمستوى المتوقع كان نوعاً ما جيد ، وشكراً لإدارة فنادق سينمون كاندي من إدارة وأعضاء وطاقم . It was an excellent experience in terms of reception and good hospitality and reception. The hotel is excellent in terms of rooms and a view of the sea, but the food for breakfast was at the expected level, it was somewhat good, and thank you to the management of Cinnamon Kandy Hotels from the management, members and staff.

The hotel itself and its facilities are fantastic. The rooms are nice and the food is absolutely superb. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was really poor, which made this stay absolutely unpleasant. We were given dirty table cloths (and they didn’t want to replace it after asking for it), our table was given to someone else while we were at the buffet, we had to order drinks several times until finally served, we were given the bill to sign while still eating the main dish (not even dessert) and actually wanted to order more drinks, after being seated, we had to wait min 10 min to place orders for drinks or get silverware etc. From a 5* hotel we definitely expected something better. This is the only hotel during our trip, where we experienced bad service. which is a pity, as otherwise the hotel is really nice. We would not book it again.

Amazing and cosy colonial style small hotel. Very friendly, helpful, polite and service minded staff. Clean rooms and very nice garden and pool area. Also many small cosy relaxing areas. The half board food with selection of both local and international food to choose from was amazing - especially the coconut ice cream is highly recommended.

Our stay at the Jetwing Kandy Gallery was truly delightful. The hotel is beautifully located beside the river, offering a calm and natural atmosphere that makes for a perfect getaway. Our butler, Sakuna, provided exceptional service, attending to our every need and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. We were also pleased to meet the General Manager, Mr. Dilip Kumar, who personally reached out to us and made our stay even more memorable. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast offered a great selection of delicious items. The Kandy Gallery Suite we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large jacuzzi that added an extra touch of relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The swimming pool also offered a beautiful view, overlooking the serene Mahaweli River. Overall, Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a wonderful retreat with excellent service and a picturesque setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature in Kandy.
