Stay is real bad for everything you have to call even for towels. This kind of services are not expected in a hotel

There was no buffet in the breakfast. It should be mentioned while booking why to pay breakfast charges when you don't have buffet. Just to select from 3-4 options. 5

Very ordinary service for a centrally located hotel. Staff is ok but untrained and room service is passable. No hand towels in the room, no clothes hook provided in the washrooms. Old stained bath towels and the bed mattress had a big gash on the side. Professionalism was missing everywhere.
