在這樣的價位中出乎意外的好，距美麗島站大約步行10分鐘路程，前台態度親切，旅店沒有早餐，但這完全不是問題，附近幾百米內有無數的美食！走幾步就有超好吃的老牌鍋燒意麵，check in會給一張小地圖，可以按圖索驥。房間不是很大，放行李走道會有點窄，位置在一條支路，車輛少於是很安靜，不太會聽到外部喧嘩。美中不足是窗戶是對着民居or辦公樓，所以要一直拉着窗帘。飯店洗衣房有免費的洗衣機及洗衣粉，另有收費的烘乾機。

房東很健談熱情，旅遊經驗也豐富很好聊。房間很舒服，不管是裝潢設計或是寢具生活用品，一應俱全，就像是回到家的感覺。 另有用餐空間，有提供餐具讓旅客使用。房東也重視環保與垃圾分類這一點我也覺得很棒 早餐是房東自製，雖然是另外付費的，但餐點份量跟內容物搭配恰到好處也好吃！ 到高雄會想要再次入住，謝謝親切招待：）

位置不錯，但很久沒整理的感覺，冷氣霉味很重，電視牆也都一堆灰塵，冷氣水水滴答聲一整晚，更扯事入住民宿門竟然是開的，沒有人，導致蚊子很多 RO水根本髒到不行，沒辦法只好去超商買水

房間環境很好，櫃檯阿姨很親切。地理位置在輕軌跟捷運附近，徒步搭大眾運輸工具非常方便。附近還有許多觀光景點跟美食；這次高雄旅遊剛好遇到黃色小鴨的十年回歸，搭輕軌到活動地點非常方便。而且旅店就在85大樓的旁邊～價格非常實惠，環境又好，超推薦～
