不會向任何人推薦這個酒店，雖然是我第一次來桑給巴爾。 唯二的亮點是除了早餐外自助餐每天都會換花樣，烤的食物很不錯以及大花園➕低密度住所。 缺點數不清了，包括但不限於: 房間門突然打不開了，晚上6點多搞到9點才完全好。 房間的露台很多大蝸牛和各種爬蟲，房間內衣服不容易幹，曬在外面第二天你就會發現內褲在趴着一個大蝸牛，粘液裹着一圈又一圈…如果你放棄這個露台可能影響不大，但是你要硬着頭皮試試，這將是一場災難。 吃飯的自助餐廳早上也是大把蜜蜂和蒼蠅，你一邊吃一邊要揮舞着叉子驅趕它們… 除了自助餐廳外，酒店其他的餐廳都需要提前在app預約，儘量入駐當天把之後的餐全部約好，否則你大概率衹能天天吃自助餐。 酒店的泳池毛巾十分匱乏，正常6.30關閉，但是5點就沒有乾淨毛巾提供了，這個時候太陽快要落下，有點小風，所以你下午要出門就沒法在酒店泳池游泳… 對了，這個酒店衹有私人沙灘，沙子十分細膩，就像麪粉。晚上八九點出來可以發現很多大螃蟹。我不知道這是這家酒店獨有還是桑給巴爾皆是如此。 離酒店最近的海邊停滿了當地攬客族的私人的裝了發動機的小木船，如果你硬要走遠一點繞過他們下海游泳，當你偶爾嗆水的時候會發現海水裡一股子機油味… 看到小木船你會以為非洲比較落後，條件差就忍一忍吧。當是當你打車去nungwi beach遊船看日落後會發現為什麼別人海邊的快艇和兩層的遊艇並不罕見？ 最後如果你準備來桑給巴爾儘量不要選擇 the mora這種落單的酒店，旁邊沒有村莊和其他酒店，打個車衹能whatsapp提前約好，因為出租車很難進來…小黑的報價砍到7折十分輕鬆，放心砍…

物超所值的旅行享受，值得再來！酒店位置在桑島的東北部，可以看日出，內部設施精緻現代，一應俱全，服務人員面帶笑容，有求必應，餐食豐盛，且有專門的中餐廳，裝飾風格濃烈的中國風，還有鐵板燒供應。

酒店很大，房間很好，沙灘和泳池都特別特別漂亮！包含三餐很方便，但口味不是特別適合中國人。可能因為酒店太大、客人太多，服務方面感覺稍微欠缺了一點，整體還是達到了我的預期，沙灘真的很美！

The overall experience was great. The staff is friendly and responsive. I particularly liked the food served at Aqua, which is why I was disappointed at the food quality from Carnivorous. The food was served luke warm at best and the meats did not meet the standards one would expect from a reservations only establishment. Maybe you should take a cue from the food consumption and wastage on a night by night basis at Carnivorous.

This hotel is truly a 5* in Zanzibar. Free from insects and mosquitoes in the room unlike other hotels in Zanizbar. All inclusive and great for the price you pay. I booked the hot tub/jacuzzi room and was snot disappointed. Great staff.

Its a beautiful resort. The staff are truly wonderful, the food is lovely and there are plenty of options. The wings at asiatique are 10/10!. I wish I had taken all of my own toiletries, theirs aren't great. But the staff take this resort from great to amazing. A huge extra thank you to Ajay and Vishwas for making our holiday so special.

Everything is nice and well organized. Food and drinks are good, not wow (something very good, something else less....but it is a personal opinion). Beautiful beach. The room was nice and quiet. The staff is very kind and supportive. Structure a little far from everything, you must like the resort life. At the end it works for a great relaxing vacation. I would go back to it.

My overall experience was wonderful at this resort. Architectural gem. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and professional. Plenty of excursions available for additional fees that were well worth it. Daycare on site. Entertainment was an added bonus. The food was delicious! My room was also beautiful. The consistent issue was having to call multiple days for our room to be cleaned. It was a small annoyance, especially since there were a few cockroaches in the room. I killed a couple. I'm aware there are things that cannot be helped. But I do wish we didn't need to call for housekeeping to show up. With this said. My stay at Emerald was very enjoyable.

Overall very clean and nice resort. Would be better if it were closer to stone town and some of the other main cities, it was an hour drive or more everywhere we went and rides were expensive. The resort was also extremely colonized, Iike there wasn’t a single African restaurant out of the 5 that were there. If you wanted to experience any African/Tanzanian culture you had to leave the resort. The staff is underpaid (which we learned through talking to some of the staff we befriended) so the workers relied heavily on tips (yet there was no atm on site?). The property was Arabic owned but all local, underpaid workers which kind of felt like modern day slavery :( the staff was extremely friendly but unfortunately dropped the ball a few times during our stay. For example, we booked a taxi through the front desk for an excursion we had in 2 days. The taxi never showed up and there was no record of a taxi being booked so we missed our excursion and had to reschedule. Also, I was there for my bday in which my bf planned a whole surprise day in which the staff was supposed to decorate our suite & bring a cake - they never did and my boyfriend had to complain 3 different times before they finally did but it was at 10pm when they came? We made 2 different requests with the house keepers for the mini fridge that were never fulfilled. Lastly, there was no gift shop/convenience store on site, so if you forgot toiletries or needed snacks or anything, you had to leave the resort (far drive

Incredible place. I loved the property, food, swimming pool, free diving lessons and kayaking. I wish i stayed few more days. Great customer service. I wish it is closer to USA so i can visit frequently.
