The loveliest staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in a hotel. Food was great. Easy to walk to neighbouring Thames for shopping etc. The room was comfy and had a nice view out over the city. I heartily endorse this hotel and associated staff, activities etc.

The supervisor's attentiveness and genuine care stood out, making our experience truly memorable. From the moment we checked in, the housekeeping supervisor ensured every detail was taken care of to maximize our comfort. They didn’t just do their job—they went the extra mile, checking in personally to see if there was anything more they could do for us. Small but thoughtful gestures, like arranging additional amenities without being asked or ensuring the room always felt welcoming, added a special touch to our stay. The team’s professionalism and warm demeanor created a sense of home away from home. The room was always spotless and thoughtfully organized, reflecting their commitment to high standards. It’s rare to come across such a dedicated team that truly understands hospitality. Landmark Hotel already boasts a prime location and excellent facilities, but it’s the incredible service, especially from the housekeeping department, that elevates it to another level. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu and commend the team for their outstanding efforts. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable!

The best thing of this hotel is its satisfying environment and top notch service. Variety of cuisine add more to its feature. This place is all about comfort and relax with the taste of authentic dishes and variety of cuisine. I would say its worth visiting this hotel at least once.
