The Everest Hotel

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappoin**ent. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.

Front counter staff members are friendly, helpful and cooperative particularly Avishek (if I remember correctly his name) was fantastic and exceptional customer service. I should mention Salim who cleaned our room was very very polite, friendly and helpful. The room is big but the down size is the shower over bath. Bath tub is tiny and water does not go down to the drainage pipe caused water clogged. The breakfast items were limited and does not reflect five star standard. However the General Manger should look the breakfast menu by himself and should take appropriate action.

Excellent ambiance, excellent staff specially Mr. Rakesh (Chef), Mr. Himal Mr. Subrana and Mr. Deepak. I would also thanks all the other staff. It is pleasure to stay here. We will surely come again to The Everest Hotel and we also recommend other to stay and take world class stay experience

Talking about my overall experience about The Everest Hotel my stay with wife was for 5 days and we had a present experience. Each and every staff from all the depar**ent were very well experienced and perfect on their job. We were taken a good care by Radhika, yasodha, abhinash and the hostess samrina. Would like to show my gratitude towards them and hope for their best future ahead .Myself MD Go Flemming Go Resort Pench National park, seller gate.

Our stay was good...... we stayed 2 nights there one night we booked suite room and next night was club room so we request ms. anu from lobby to upgrade second night to suite, so kind of her she upgraded us to suite. She is very attentive and cheerful. Food were also good and hotel location is pretty close to city center. Overall we enjoy our stay...
