Semi-detached house, built in 1992, located in Ukkohalla tourist center, by the lake Syväjärvi, 85 + 15 m² (loft). Facilities on three floors (three bedrooms and a loft).
The loft has a double bed and single bed suitable for a child.
On the middle floor, 2 bedrooms, each with one 80 cm wide bed. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed. On the ground floor, electric sauna and separate WC on the middle floor. Utility room with washing machine and drying cabinet.
High chair for a baby, stored in the utility room.
The beach and yard renovated in the spring 2021.
20 meters distance from the sauna to the beach for swimming. The beach and pier with campfire site are shared with four houses in the area. There is also an electric car charging station in the yard.
Ukkohalla: Tourist center (by the lake Syväjärvi), with area information, shop, restaurant, spa, ski slope center, snowmobile trails, ski trails, program services, swimming beach (more information at www.ukkohalla.fi). Distance to Ukkohalla services 0,7 km. Airport Kajaani 86 km, Oulu 170 km, Helsinki 650 km, bus stop in Hyrynsalmi 18 km, railway station in Kontiomäki 66 km. Pets allowed.
