We are staying at the hotel now. Everything is perfect. All the staff are friendly and doing their job with pleasure. They make us feel very special. They constantly ask for our requests at the restaurant. I read some bad reviews about the hotel and I think the attitude of the staff is important. Especially the Guest Relations team are the angels of the hotel! ✨They call you at any hour and ask, “How is your holiday, dear guest?” We liked it very much. So this facility makes you feel like you are in heaven. There are many pools are in the hotel and some of them are heated. Also, Starbucks is included in the concept of the hotel. There is food in the hotel almost 24 hours a day. The kitchen team is very successful. I have never had such a delicious San Sebastian before. If you are on a diet, don’t come to this hotel. Thank you very much to everyone for their efforts. Of course, we will come back here!

It was a wonderful vacation! Indoor pool and outdoor heated pool are awesome. All personal are very kind and friendly, I should also point out that they can multiple languages. Guest Relations team are always ready to help with any questions. To talk about the food; Quite diverse and delicious. There are flavors to appeal to everyone. You can sip your wine while watching the flamingos on the restaurant’s terrace. Our room was always clean. The housekeeping staff are very polite and attentive. In conclusion, of course we will come again!

Good afternoon! I’m relaxing in a hotel with my family and you know, this is the best hotel I’ve ever been to! Gorgeous beautiful area, many restaurants, incredibly tasty cuisine, lots of entertainment throughout the day, I even managed to get involved in sports) Special thanks to the staff who creates an incredible atmosphere in the hotel, we will be back!

Lovely hotel with beautiful views. a lot of different delicious food. There are separate days with seafood, there is always fish. There are many other cool places to eat in the area: a pancake restaurant, Starbucks. in the evenings there are discos with good music. I also really liked the gym and the surrounding area. There is always something to do, we really enjoyed our holiday.

Amazing hotel!!!! Animation and entertainment was amazing, with “SHOWTIME” and live music every night, İbrahim was amazing and took us out for dance and helped us enjoy the turkey nightlife ❤️ Would 100% go back!

The hotel is heavily oriented towards a Russian audience, which may be a drawback for other guests. The staff mainly speaks Russian, making communication difficult if you don't know the language.
