Hotel Kep dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Hôtel classe 4 étoiles or il mérite même pas trois étoiles piscine bien mais les transats casser les serviettes il faut aller les chercher à l’accueil personnels qui ne parlent aucune langue étrangère même pas l’anglais le comble de tout le dernier jours car je passe 3 jours on est partie le 16 novembre 2023 je descends à 9h30 pour un départ à l’aéroport à 10:h je remet les passe de la chambre à l’accueil une jeune fille qui travaille avec le réceptionniste elle est partie faire le Check out à ma grande surprise elle appelle l’accueil pour m’accuser d’avoir voler un peignoir je demande au guide de l’expliquer que j’avais qu’un dans la chambre et pas deux mais ils persistent sur leur accusations du coût on monte dans la chambre avec le guide pour lui préciser qu’il avait qu’un mais sans résultas du coup j’insister pour ouvrir ma valise et mon sac pour qu’il vérifie devant mes amis , le guide et les personnels de l’hôtel c’est une humiliation pour moi car je montre mes lingeries à des inconnus mais c’était mon. Choix pour qu’ils se rendent comptes de leurs erreurs finalement il me dit c’est bon mais pour moi c’est un manque de respect pour des touristes venue visiter leurs pays je craquer en larme car je mis 15mn pour qu’il comprennent le réceptionniste est venu me chercher dehors pour s’excuser mais pour moi pas possible d’accepter leurs excuses et je conseil à personne d’aller dans cet hôtel de à cause de cette histoire je garde une mauvaise souvenir du Cambodge et je déconseille vivement d’aller dans l’hôtel Kep bay

직전 호텔의 청결도를 경험해보니 상대적으로 아쉽네요 위치와 자연친화적인 부분은 이 리조트의 강점이라고 생각합니다 리조트 뒤 켑국립공원도 쉽게 접근가능

Very generous sized rooms, penty of hot water, decent AC and very quiet. The pool was good and with a nice view down over the sea. I didn’t eat in as all the restaurants are so close by but breakfast included a superb omelette although the coffee was really bad! Very friendly staff and good wifi so for an inexpensive place to stay this is a great option

Resort curato con bungalow arredati interamente in legno, ampi e confortevoli affacciati sulla bella e ampia piscina che dispone anche di un bar. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile ad accontentare le richieste dei clienti soprattutto nella realizzazione dei cocktail. La struttura si trova vicino al crab market che è sicuramente l'attrazione principale di kep oltre ai suoi tramonti

The people at reception were so polite and helpful, however, everything after that went south! The bathroom had no shower curtain and basic toiletries, but the water was hot. The room was clean with basic amenities. The balcony had a nice view over the road to a huge swimming pool. Cannot imagine when the slimy pool was last cleaned! The real problem was breakfast. The cuisine was basically Asian and all I could have was watermelon, toast and jam and coffee.No accommodating Western tastes! Instead of staying three nights we only stayed one. The real pity with Rock Royal is that when we stayed there six years ago the accommodation was great including a delicious breakfast catering for all tastes!Nothing has been spent on upkeep and it shows. The hotel needs a major makeover! Such a pity, but these are the facts.

Persekitaran tempat peranginan bersih dan baik, jauh dari kesibukan. Tidak banyak kemudahan di resort ini, tetapi adalah pilihan yang baik untuk memilih tempat untuk menenangkan diri. Kelas yoga dan perkhidmatan urut juga disediakan di resort. Biliknya selesa, berhawa dingin, dan bersih. Setiap pelayan di sini sangat ramah.

Отличный отель бунгалного типа. У нас был отдельный, просторный домик с террасой. Помещение комнаты и душевой большие и удобные, матрас на кровати удобный. Целая куча подушек. Шикарный бассейн с видом на национальный парк Кеп. На территории много зеленых насаждений. Плодовые деревья с которых постоянно падают манго. Хозяин отеля, общительный человек, отвечал на все вопросы, организовал трансфер до Хатьена. Заселили сразу по приезду в 11 а.м. без дополнительного ожидания и оплаты. Планировали на одну ночь, но так понравился отель, что остались ещë. Еда и напитки в отеле вкусные. На территории есть большая вилла под аренду. На рынке готовят живые морепродукты в 10 минутах. 1 кг крупных креветок 7 баксов, обязательно попробуйте крабов.

The manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

We had the first floor double room overlooking the sea. The manager Empi was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble for him to organise. The location is excellent to explore the crab market and local restaurants. There's an idyllic, classy bar on the front to watch the perfect sunset. Hire a bicycle for a short ride along to the main town. They have a watersports facility on the beach where staff will set anything up ready to take onto the water. The pool is a decent size and the area was peaceful. There's a yoga studio within the grounds. This hotel was the best value for money we've seen. I recommend booking directly with them via WhatsApp. The bus station is a few minutes away by tuktuk. The setting, service and rooms are a very high standard, which made this a flawless stay.
