Very nice place to stay view is amazing rooms are spacious an clean,only thing we were not to happy with was the fact you pay for parking,and would of loved to been able to use the pool area pretty sad it looks like it could of been a good place to sit an relax to.other than that we enjoyed ourselves there.

It was nice hostel. I really impressed the quality. The bed is really good so I could sleep very well every night. The shower room is so clean. I’m really satisfied. Thank you so much. I definitely will stay again !!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was good. The location across from the beach was great and also easy to walk around the main part of town. Lots of choices of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Big room with a living room area. Netflix and free WiFi available. Bed are big and we had a good night rest for all 3 nights of our stay. There is a heated pool but we did not use it as it was cold. Cooking utensils available. Washer and dryer need some cleaning and maintenance . Went for a whale watching tour which is only 10 mins from hotel. Very conveniently located to visit Busselton Jetty and Margaret River.

First time taking my partner to Busselton, we loved everything about the resort. Small walk past the pools,BBQ area and children's playground and you are right on the beach. Ground's were immaculate, beautiful foyer that lead into two very sophisticated bar's and restaurants that overlooked the pool's leading straight down to the pristine sand and ocean. Two outdoor pools with an indoor heated pool, sauna and gym. Two restaurants and two bar's. Very well laid out accommodation and the service was outstanding. Be very happy to come back again and highly recommend staying here.

Unfortunately we requested a pool view room with our family and friends which was ignored even though it was booked months in advance and stated on booking .In fact they put us at opposite end of complex overlooking back carpark.This happened on previous stays as well .Nothing has changed even though we noticed several rooms near pool not used at all.My chicken dish was terrible .Receptionist did not know there was a ice dispenser on site when I enquired.Found out from other residents.Breakfast host was very nice and professional and food was good except for extra tiny pancakes .

The hotel is brilliantly located close to the Busselton Jetty. The rooms are modern, clean, and have a great view. The service staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s ample parking in the vicinity area.

Was so nice to arrive early, and be granted check-in 🤩 Deb was very obliging, pleasant and helpful, even organising and extremely generous breakfast delivered to our room the evening before we departed before 6am, WELL DONE

The SureStay Hotel at Albany suited our needs perfectly. We only booked a couple of days before our arrival as Albany was a last-minute addition to our WA trip waiting to see what the weather was like before venturing out of Perth. The only thing was the tv was too big for the  split-level bench it sat on and it sloped from one level to the other. Praise God for the Gideons Bible as the Word of God proved an excellent leveller for the crooked TV. The hotel was in a great position, close to the centre of town and the surrounding attractions. The room is big enough, toilet and bathroom is separated. All the things are good and clean but unfortunately not enough tooth brush, only one inside the box. The view from my room is great, river and pool view.
