Right so here we go: The rooms/bathroom: Rooms generally nice, clean, white bed sheets. Me and my bf stayed in a standard room and had view of airport runway. Rooms are basic, so bed, tables, mirror, they had tiny bottles of olive oil shampoos so defo bring ur own toiletries and would recommend bringing ur own soap or anti bac as it’s like a soap bar the size of a coin. Shower was nice sometimes had to wait a while to get the hot water, toilets clean, a small hair dryer which is attached to the bathroom wall which was abit inconvenient but note to bring my own next time. Towels provided every day. Balcony ect. Had a noisy fridge but wasn’t a problem. I was abit shocked about the less of things we have in the room like no kettle, fresh water bottles! Ect. But this is again a 3 star hotel. The hotel itself: Hotel has a nice cosy feel to it, blue lobby and bar downstairs where you can drink at night, then you have the dining area, there are steps on all floors the windy ones so be careful on them, and a 3 person lift which is slow but does its job. The pool: The pool is across the road from the hotel and down some steps, has two levels the first has a pool bar and the lady there is lovely, so nice and accommodating, never complains. Then there’s a grass area with some sun loungers on and then down some more steps the actual big pool area with quite a few beds. I would say the decking is very hot when walking into the pool my feet were burning but should have just used my slides, pool it’s self is fine, very very cold but nice when you get in, I did find abit off putting was the amount of bugs that was in the water, and wasps attacking us lol. The food/all inclusive factor: Do not eat here if you are a fussy eater or bring children as there would be nothing for them to eat. The variety was very poor and they had a dish for kids every day so one day there would be ‘fish fingers’ the next day ‘chicken nuggets’ and then that’s all we saw whilst our stay. 2 of 7 of the days they had chips as an option but mainly just pasta, rice, potatos, and salads. I attempted the food but one time my chicken was raw so was very off putting. Multiple times they was collecting my plates which was full and said ‘you don’t like??’ The women in the hall didn’t speak much English and there was this big man guarding the food it was weird lol but alright fair enough. I knew going on this holiday the food wasn’t going to be good but cmon, it was non edible. In the dining hall there was a drinks corner which had tea coffee, apple juice, water, orange juice and beer on tap. No pepsi or anything but I believe u can go to the bar and bring a drink in with you to eat with. So, the drinks aspect, I felt the drinks options were pretty fair and even if not on menu they would still try and accommodate you, there is no limit how many drinks u can have and even have drinks to take to your room. Perfect hotel for a few nights with a quick walk to the center of town. There is a small bar with outdoor seating that's perfect for a quick drink at the end of the night. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back when we return to Corfu

Good hotel for one or two nights, especially as a stop over when arriving/departing Corfu by air. It took us eight minutes walking from airport terminal to hotel entrance and very easy to find. Arrived at 10.20pm with easy check-in. Receptionist very polite and served us with drinks from the bar even though it was deserted, just ask. Room was clean, comfortable and patio doors opened up to rear garden. Bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower were fine for a short stay. Fortunately Flights stop around midnight and believe me they sound like they are coming through the bedroom !! Only two planes as we were retiring so no big deal, but it did make us laugh. Breakfast was o.k. and hot toast served to you at the table by a pleasant gentleman. All in all, a good stop off hotel. Don’t expect 4 star ratings as you will not have paid 4 star prices.

The word to sum up this lovely hotel with it's wonderful staff is.. Fantastic!! The hotel itself is dated, yes, however it has a kind of old world charm about it. Our impression from arriving to leaving was that we were stepping back in time to the 40s and 50s. Physically the building has echoes of a charming cruise liner, it is also perfectly positioned for everything the town and island has to offer. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and super attentive. The food was totally delicious and its presentation of a ”Masterchef” standard. Thankyou again to everyone at Corfu Palace for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

We only stayed for one night in Corfu Town and stayed here. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews about this place. It is a beautiful old building in a great position looking over the sea and the harbour. The views across to Albania and Greece are superb. Our room and all the communal areas were very clean and lots of hand gel for customers to use. The bathroom has admittedly seen better days but it was clean and functional. We chose to have dinner on the roof terrace for the view, which again is spectacular. We found our waiter, Nikos, to be charming and attentive and the food to be good and certainly value for money. The service was relaxed, judging by other reviews if you want a quick bite to eat this is probably not the place, but, if you want to spend a couple of hours enjoying good food and drink in a great location then do visit. Again struggling to understand some of the other reviews of the breakfast. We found it to be of a very good standard with lots of choice.

What a lovely week we all had, Firstly the food was lovely although not that much choice of main dishes, salad was great. Fabulous breakfast choice and all the food was of a good quality and all served hot. Onto the pool area which was very clean, But pool needs a handrail on the steps going in and out of pool, many times we sat nearby and people struggled to get out Including us, as the steps are difficult with the water without a handrail. The Hotel was immaculately clean in all public areas as were the rooms, the downside for me was the pillows which were so heavy and rock hard, I did ask if there were any softer ones but we just got another 2 the same, I have a bad neck so it was a very painful week. The previous reviews had mentioned the airport being so close, it certainly was and the planes were right outside our bedroom but after the first night it didn't have any impact on our stay. The beach was dusty and not very clean so not attractive although the beach bar was very good. The staff were always so helpful, friendly and smiley. The local bus and sightseeing bus stopping at the front of the hotel was a massive bonus and easy to use.

Hotel: Appeared to be newly renovated. Reception, restaurant, rooms, and the large garden all looked to be perfectly integrated with so many Greek/beach details. Location: 20 minutes by taxi from CFU airport; 20 minutes by car from Paleokastrita beach; a beach is just in front of the hotel; and a large free parking space is nearby. Room: has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and daily cleaning has been done Food: breakfast is not as diverse as in other hotels, but it was fresh every day. Hospitality: I can confidently say that staying this hotel was worthwhile. Reception staff was supportive, waiters extremely pleasant, always smiling, helpful, and with a positive attitude all the time, cleaning team was professional. Another pleasant surprise was the hotel's restaurant and bar, which offered delicious meals and cocktails and had daily happy hour for drinks! Don't leave without trying the Portokalopita cake; you'll fall in love with it!! I consider this hotel to be a hidden gem and will recommend it to anybody visiting Corfu.

Not really sure where I should start with this review in all honesty. Before anything else, I want to state that the staff who work there are great. Truly lovely people who will do everything they can to help you. I have coeliac disease, and the chef (Nicc - unsure of his name) was a star and really helped me out by preparing meals separately for me. Also, the barman (Dimitrii - again unsure) was a true gent and a shoulder to cry on at times! There were a number of issues, sadly the food selection on offer for guests was essentially the same every day. Same breakfast, same evening meals - the variation was minimal. The soft drinks were poor, the juices were not of the standard you would expect in a 4-star hotel. The rooms were very basic, clean but nothing special. There was a kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee sachets. Another big issue for me were the fact that our double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together and not even a double duvet or sheet! We effectively slept in separate beds next to each other - not exactly intimate. Even the bath did not have a plug! I assumed this was an error, when I queried it I was told this was for economic reasons, so anyone staying here better like having a shower! Entertainment was non-existent. Beyond a few pool tables and to sit around and listen to the background music at the bar, there was nothing. The pool was out of service, the gym and spa you read about on their website was nowhere to be seen. And let's get to the real issue I had with our stay. To quote the Artiti Grand Hotel's own website ”Providing an intimate, relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience with highlights its rich heritage, an enviable location and personalized services”. Their idea of intimate and relaxing time was to ram every last room with teenagers (12-17) from schools across Greece. We did not get a single night of adequate sleep, the room adjacent to ours was blaring music until the small hours, shouting, banging doors, just the absolute opposite of having a relaxing time. We even moved rooms and it made very little difference. When we sat with the hotel manager to air our complaints, he essentially told us we came at the wrong time of the year. That was it. Perhaps he should include a footnote that his hotel is packed to the brim with screaming teens, smoking and drinking during the spring months. Absolutely pathetic, he offered no immediate apology either. As people who work hard and paid for a relaxing time, I honestly feel robbed by the Ariti Grand. Anyone who's managed to read this far and still thinks that the Artiti Grand is worth a look at, I say keep looking. Nothing about my stay would make me want to return.
