LLKKhorThe check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay.
We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

The kids absolutely loved the apartment, especially the slide and play area. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that even the living room became their sleeping area for the night! 😂
The location is great if you’re planning a trip to Legoland, as it’s just a short drive away. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a washing machine, cooking pan, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups, making it very convenient for families with young children.
One small point for parents to note: the slide corner has some sharp edges, so extra supervision may be needed for younger kids.
As for the surroundings, there aren’t many attractions or eateries within walking distance, so you’ll likely need to drive to places like KSL City Mall or Paradigm Mall for shopping and dining options.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, family-friendly setup, and proximity to Legoland made it a wonderful choice for our family, and the kids are already asking when we can come back! ❤️

If the goal is to get away and truly relax in a spacious environment with beautiful waterfront backdrops, this suite delivers perfectly. Highly recommended for a proper reset.

AAnonymous Userthe tea spoon provided was rusty. asked housekeeping service team who is next door for a new spoon and they took one spoon from the toilet, rinse and pass to me. i dont use that spoon after that. pillows super soft and mattress soft firm. location is definitely the best since u have so much more shops all under one roof. room also very spacious with YouTube app. internet speed is fast on laptop with big working desk and table lamp and led light make up mirror. my room is located at level 19. there's water dispenser on the same floor, super convenient. for the price of $120 for sun-mon stay with breakfast includd, its super value for money. no wonder this hotel is often sold out.

Cchin heongHad a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant.
The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

CCandace KThe gym, though small, was well-equipped with towels and bottled water. The kids' play area clearly hadn't been tidied up after use, and no one seemed to be cleaning it. It was also incredibly hot in there, with no AC remote in sight. As for the breakfast buffet, it had everything you'd expect, but the only downside was the lack of staff to seat or guide guests. On our first morning, we had to stand next to other tables and wait for a spot to open up 😅. Our room had a QR code for requests, and when we used it, staff were very quick to help with any issues. The only minor flaw was some dust in the room; I actually felt a bit itchy the first night. We were in the East Wing, which honestly felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel, yet they didn't even provide dish soap 😅😅.

GGuest UserThe 3 bedrooms with 2 bath rooms unit is spacious and has a good view. Cleanliness can be improved especially the entrance area.
Common bath shower door can’t be closed fully causing the outside floor very wet. Shower area water flow down the drain very slowly causing some flooding.
Many facilities are available but only used the gym n it’s spacious n well equipped.
Location is convenient with supermarket and many food options. Check in and out is easy. Overall it’s a pleasant stay with my family.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

WW.R1991My first stay at Sheraton Johor Hotel, and I’m honestly speechless!
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything felt thoughtfully put together. It’s the little details that really make a difference. The concierge team was always warm, friendly, and ready to help. Every corner of the hotel smelled amazing,even the restrooms! Check-in was smooth, the room was beautiful, and every corner was picture-perfect.
Breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive selection ranging from American to Asian cuisine. There were so many delicious options that I was truly spoiled for choice.
The pool was absolutely amazing! I loved the day beds, and the swimming pool playground was a wonderful addition for families with young children.
One thing worth mentioning is that there’s a mall connected to the hotel. Although it’s not a huge mall, it has a great mix of quality stores, and there’s even an entire level dedicated to spas if you’re looking to relax and pamper yourself.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Highly recommended!
