Hotel Dengan Gym di Johor, Malaysia

Didn't take a lot of pictures this trip except for beautiful sunrise from window but stay was very pleasant! Came in to clean accommodations, like 4/5 start Hotel style clean. Gave me a peace of mind from reading all the could have been horror stories from other reviews of other places. Location is convenient for those looking to stay near the border and citi square area. Most things were a few minutes drive away, not so long to get there. Though definitely more recommended for those who have a car, if not getting a driver will do. Service provided was awesome 👍 Did not need much help from customer service since the instructions given were clear but my customer service officer, Yuki, always checked in to make sure the stay was going well and was ready to help if there were any issues. Amenities are great! All is as stated in the listing and nothing was missed out. All in all will recommend if looking for nice room to stay near SG.

Came for the dinosaur water ”theme park”, 20rm per adult/kid regardless hotel guests or not. The pool consists of 3pools with plenty of fun floats free to use. Maintenance is ok, could be better, algae growing on stairs leading up to slides. But overall kids enjoyed themselves. Staff were also accommodating, requested early check-in bc we wanted to access the pool early. But was told only 3pm available, but we could still head up to the pool. Since it's open to public too. But when we headed down after our time at the pool at about 1pm to drop off our luggage pre-checkin to head out, asked again if we could checkin early and this time and different staff assisting happily checked us in. Pool shower rooms in Tower 2 is satisfactorily clean! We opted to use that instead of the shower rooms available in the dinosaur park. Our 1single +1 queen bed met our needs for our 1 night stay. Room seems to be thoroughly cleaned regularly. We made some shifts to the bed and found the floor under the beds to be dust free. Housekeeping staff were the most pleasant to engage with, very happy to supply our needs for more towel or bottled water.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very safe. It's brand new, and they even gave us an extra key card for our group of four. Most importantly, I left my passport and wallet behind, and the staff quickly secured them and brought them to us. Their service was thoughtful, warm, and meticulous. They even brought us herbal tea. An absolutely fantastic experience!

The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool.

Incredible and spacious hotel room, super clean and within walking distance (8 min) to City Square or 5RM to Grab. The room was huge and love the large window and view of the bridge to Singapore. The hotel even has its own coffee blend to try. The gym is cosy but has all the essentials. Many desk corners for meetings or gatherings. And OMG, THE PRESSURE OF THE SHOWER!!!! Had the urge to wash my long hair just because of how good the pressure was. The hotel is also within walking distance to several impressive cafes and souvenir shops. Will come back again for a long stay.

Booking was done the night before. Smooth process. It was a short stay but it was a pleasant one! We managed to get connecting rooms on the day of check-in. Additional bed was available at a cost and didn’t had to wait long for it to arrive. Came with additional set of towel, toothbrush w toothpaste and bedroom slippers. Friendly front desk staff and room attendant. Basic toiletries provided. Pool looks great. Easy access to the mall. Check-out was a breeze. Just dropped off the key cards at the concierge. Will be better if complimentary parking was provided though. Will definitely return to stay again in future.

The apartment is spacious with beautiful home decoration. Direct access to the mall (just below the apartment). Friendly service by the management, smooth and seamless transaction. The downside through our stay was the wifi, it disconnected most of the time. If you have a local data, the reception is terrible from the top. Simply say, this area has bad connection of Internet. Even the nearby restaurant has trouble connecting to their wifi. There's a TV in the apartment but no access to the local channels. Overall, it has been a good experience. Definitely come back when we are here again.

The staff at reception were friendly and assisted us to arrange for adjacent rooms side by side. However the bathroom is slightly old. The toilet bowl is shaky and no hot water/heater in one of the bathtubs. Nevertheless, the location of the hotel is ideal for guests who want to do car wash and shopping af KSL.

Great hotel at a attractive price - staff : friendly super helpful , allowed me to check in earlier - room: clean, spacious, fully equip - amenities: complete with laundry, restaurant, gym n pool (didn't try the bfast though) This hotel is really nice with free parking n the infinity pool overlooking the harbour.. there's a few shops nearby n some pub, close to hard rock puteri harbour.. but nearest mall - sunway big box is Ard 7-8km drive

The location is a bit far from the border crossing, but there's a bridge directly connected, so you can just follow the signs. We stayed in R&F Phase 2. Phase 1's plaza area is more lively, while Phase 2 mainly offers basic residential facilities like a swimming pool, playground, billiards room, yoga studio, and gym. The room balcony offers an open sea view. Since it was a holiday evening, we saw fireworks displays all around from a distance, which was quite beautiful. Overall, it's quite convenient. For dining and shopping, it's best to go to Phase 1, which is about an 8-minute walk. For transportation, it's also best to go to Phase 1 to catch a ride; there's a free shuttle bus to the border crossing that seems to run hourly. The customer service was excellent; the Malaysian lady spoke fluent Chinese and even walked us all the way to our room door after noticing we had seniors and children with us. Check-out was also very convenient. It was a great stay, and if we come to visit again, we'd definitely consider staying here.
