DDr. AdamWe stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality.
It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.

AAyaoxyThe hotel I stayed in several years ago, because the economic situation is depressed, the service is slightly worse than before... But the room is still very clean, and the location of the hotel is OK. Breakfast is not good.

GGuest UserGood value hotel with decent breakfast and reasonably priced food available in the evenings. Location is good for walking to plenty of decent bars and cheap restaurants, as well as local shops. Traffic in the area can get very bad so taxi journeys can take a while.
Staff were all friendly. The fitness room has just about enough equipment to make it worthwhile. The rooftop pool is no more than a plunge pool, you certainly can’t swim in it, but I’m sure it’s nice in summer.
Be aware that some rooms have adjoining doors so you could be subject to some noise as a door does not keep much noise out.
A kettle is provided and a couple of teabags and coffee sachets, but these weren’t replaced when used. Similarly, drinking water is provided on arrival but not replenished. Decor is fine, bed was comfy and everything in the room worked, so overall very good value.

GGee88The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

EELENA_N_96The location at the hotel is good, the room liked, breakfast for three, every day the same, humus and sauces are acid, eggs are wet. There was also a displeasant situation that turned out when we had already evicted. The safe in the room didn't work and we left the wallet under the things. And later found out that it was not enough $100. Nowhere except in the hotel they could not go missing. So I advise everyone to be vigilant, no money in the room to leave and insist on a correct safe. Apparently the room service staff is unfair.

GGuest UserThe hotel was good and pleasant, lost power is a normal thing in Lebanon. The hotel has very good back up battery for that and return with electricity within 1 minute.
The only thing was that the water for shower is somehow salty, despite this point, I will return again.
