We used Meira Goren Prestige Travel and Tourism to book a hotel, Kfar Blum, in northern Israel. We had paid for the entire trip before we arrived. When we got there, the hotel charged us an additional $1931. When we complained they said that we should take it up with Meira Goren, but unless we paid, they wouldn’t rent us the room. Meira Goren didn't answer e-mails or phone messages for over a week. She agreed there was a mistake and that the hotel would refund me. She sent a new invoice saying I was due 5835 NIS. After more than a week when I informed her that I still had not been paid she wrote "I guess you will see it next month," and sent me a new invoice saying I was now due only 5400NIS. It’s been almost a month and we’re still waiting for this to be resolved. I strongly suggest that travelers not use Meira Goren Prestige Travel and Tourism.
