Good hotel in a good location. The reception counter staff are very good offering me an upgrade and always helpful and polite. The ground floor bar staff need to be as courteous and polite. You would struggle to find a bar where you are made to feel so unwelcome. The swimming pool renovation is good and welcome improvement on my last stay in April. I would recommend the hotel.

After a grand opening, I wanted to take a few days to relax before heading home. The room is amazing, and the food is incredible (I recommend Italian food). I look forward to returning. On the 28th floor, the highlight is a glass bridge that is 105 meters long. Enjoy the romantic evening atmosphere.

Really modern and well appointed hotel. Probably the most modern in Khon Kaen. Restaurants are decent and not overly priced like other hotels in the area. I stay here because it’s new and there is probably the best gym in the city a 2 min walk from there called Mega Gym. The only issue I had was for a super modern hotel the rooms have old flat screens that are not HDMI compatible. Very strange to be honest as the older hotels in Khon Kaen all have smart TVs. This actually caused me to move during my 2 week stay in the city. Besides that very nice hotel and great staff.

โรงเเรมอยู่ใกล้บึงแก่นนคร ใกล้น้านสะดวกซื้อ ห้องนอนกว้าวดีพอสมควร แอร์เย็น แต่ห้องมีกลิ่นคล้ายหอมหัวใหญ่มาเป็นระยะ ห้องน้ำแคบและดูสะอาดน้อยไปหน่อย หมวกอาบน้ำเล็ก ขาดง่าย ผ้าเช็คตัวเก่าเริ่มขาดและเหลือง คุณภาพน้อยไปหน่อย ที่นี่มีค่ามัดจำ 500 บาทด้วย ภาพห้องอาจถ่ายไว้นานแล้ว พอมาอยู่จริงดูเก่ากว่านั้นมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้แต่เป็นชุด เช่น ไข่ แฮม ไข่กะทะ ข้าวกะเพา แต่ครุวเปิด 7.30 น. ซึ่งถ้าบางวันพ่อครัวมาสายก็จะได้ทานไข่ ไส้กรอก แฮม เมนูเดียว สรุปภาพโดยรวมถ้าอยู่ง่าย กินง่าย ไม่คิดอะไรมาก ก็พออยู่ได้ เพียงแต่ก็รู้สึกว่า ราคาที่จ่ายสูงกว่าบริการที่ได้ไปพอสมควร

Hotel is ok but a little tired. It is quiet away from traffic, not too far to walk to central, restaurants and bars but breakfast is a disgrace. Food choice for westerners low, no yogurt or pastries but the real problem is the food is totally cold. Even worse I complained to management day one for a repeat day two. The restaurant staff don't care spend time on phones, other staff were good. If I was owner, I have 14 years hotel management experience, the restaurant staff, especially the supervisor would be gone.

Originally booked as part of test and go scheme for day 5 but with the rule change it was a more regular stay in the end. Have to say the staff here are amazing. This is a Thai owned hotel and complete respect to the owner who didn’t lay his staff off during the pandemic, choosing to stay open and adapt to the changing climate. Hotel is central, traditional and clean and our children loved the swimming pool. The bed was super comfortable. We are breakfast, very good, and at the end of our stay the hotel had a reasonably priced transfer service to the airport. Overall, an excellent experience and just wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back.

We are lucky enough to experience Thai courtesy all over the country but this hotel took it to a new level. Back to basics: the hotel takes the Convid19 hygiene measures very seriously. Our room was spacious and well appointed. (Not perfect as the kettle was broken - but sign of good hotel - was replaced immediately with a smile). Ok for wheel chair users and the handicapped will find the low bath and non-slip mat a help. Breakfast was excellent - although no western cereals there were omelettes, fruit. salads and toast in addition to Thai dishes. If we return to Khon Kaen we'll certainly stay here next time

โดยรวมดีต่ะ แต่แอบเสียใจตรงที่ไปกับเพื่อน แล้วนาง walk in ได้ราคา 400 รวมอาหารเช้าด้วย แต่เราจองผ่านแอพนี้ ได้ราคา 500++ พร้อมอาหารเช้า แพงกว่ามาก คราวหน้าจะไม่จองผ่านทางนี้แล้วค่ะ อาหารเช้าน้อยนะคะ มีแค่ข้าวผัด ขนมปังกาแฟ เท่านั้นเอง 400 ถือว่าดี แต่ 500 กว่าๆ แพงไปค่ะ

The Chada Veranda is an honest mid-range, centrally located hotel, in Khon Kaen City, Isaan, Thailand. This guest-friendly accommodation option, was suggested to me, by a fellow expat and glad I followed the advice, as I really enjoyed my short stay here. Highlights being the economical and hearty breakfast, as well as the magnificent pool. My room was spacious with a big comfortable bed and an excellent television set-up, too. Well pleased with decision to stay awhile at the Hotel Chada Veranda (see my YouTube), in downtown Khon Kaen.

I recently stayed here for 6 nights - A large well equipped room with breakfast for 800+ baht per night including breakfast represented excellent value for money. The hotel was fairly quiet as was the local area because on the effects of Covid on local trade & tourism. The staff at the Hotel were always smiling and took the time to say hello and ordered us a taxi very quickly on a couple of occasions. Breakfast was ok although a little sp**** for western tastes but at the price no complaints. Good selection of channels on the TV & always hot water in the shower. No restaurant/bar/coffee shop currently open which was a shame. Would definetely stay here again and they have a nice swimming pool as well

ห้องพักสะอาดดี เจ้าของน่ารัก บริการดี ตึกทางเข้าด้านข้างอาจจะแคบ แต่ลานจอดรถด้านหลังกว้างมากก เชิญชวนมาพักได้ครับ เจ้าของเป็นกันเอง ( เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อนดีครับ )

ห้องเก่า แต่พอใช้ได้คุ้มราคา ได้ห้องที่ทีวีเสีย รูปลั๊กน้อย ปลั๊กพ่วงมีรูดำ ไฟแลบตอนเสียบ เสี่ยงไฟช๊อต ได้เปลี่ยนทั้งทีวีและปลั๊กพ่วง แต่ก็ใช้ได้บ้าง ไม่ได้บ้าง ควรเตรียมปลั๊กพ่วงมาเอง น้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงาน มาครั้งหน้าต้องเช็คห้องก่อน จะได้ไม่เสียเวลา

ด้วยความที่ภายนอกโรงแรมดูฟีลเก่าๆ วังเวงไปหน่อย แต่ห้องข้างในถือว่าใหม่ไม่โทรมมาก ติดเรื่องความสะอาด หัวเตียงมีเส้นผมตกอยู่ เหมือนทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยเรียบร้อย
