The farmhouse on 2 floors is located on a large plot in the beautiful central Jutland countryside surrounded by fields where the soil is cultivated.Please note that the deposit rate differs from the normal listed price. Please note that the power consumption is approx. 200 KWh/day. Noletting to youth groups.The house has a kitchen from 1992. The stairs to the 1st floor and the hallways on the 1st floor creak due to a bouncy surface.From the living room you have a view directly to the pool area with the 7.3 m pool. In the pool area there is access to large bathroom with 4-person large whirlpool. The pools water treatment plant is noisy and can be heard in the house. Additionally, there are sauna, shower, wc and washbasin.
