This is Not A Quiet Hotel Doors slam all day/night as they are on some sort of spring. 2) on Friday there is Traditional Dancing going on till Midnight,,despite being told it will end at 10pm,,,this is incessant Banging! Then at 5am they start hoovering and cleaning up after it. 3) there is music all Saturday and Sunday from the public areas and it comes directly into your room. Not A Peaceful Place: and the Management do nothing but lie about it.

I had stay at this hotel for few day, the hotel is great, city is wonderful, people are amazing, helpful, and so friendly, I loved the food there, room is very nice and clean, staff are so professional, everyone is smiling and hurry to help you all the time. I do recommend this hotel for all travellers. And I do advise that you should visit Rwanda.

Very friendly staff with the location in the central of everywhere. Clean room with a little better ventilation for the corridor would be perfect. Good and variety of food. We stayed for three nights in December and on night in January. This is an excellent hotel perched on a hill overlooking the city. There are great views of the city on one side and on the other you can follow the construction progress for the city's new football stadium. Convenient to the airport with shuttle service, it also has 24-hour dining on site. It is an easy walk to shopping and dining. Nearby there are several foreign exchange offices and ATMs. There is on-site parking if you are driving. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds, good pillows and mosquito nets. The A/C works, but isn't always needed. Clean bathrooms with hot water. Good wifi in the rooms, lobby and restaurant. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast combines Rwandan favorites with western options. Breakfast and dinner both had good options and the food is well-prepared. The hotel and restaurant are both family friendly with plenty of menu items for picky eaters and the ability to provide a room with a bed for kids. Good value for the money.
